Alright everyone, I need some help here. There following needs to be done for Trick or Treat with the Greeks. The event is this coming Wednesday from 3pm - 6:30pm.

We are paired with, in case you forgot, Alpha Phi, Sigma Delta Tau, and Beta Theta Pi. We need to be the chapter that steps up and do the best we can to make sure the kids have a good time.

1. First of all, I need two people to volunteer to be chaperones for the event for the aftenoon. What happens is 4 people from each pairing are assigned to each elementary school group and makes sure that they stay together and get to the houses that they need to be at on time. Your responsibilities don't go much further than that. If you want to do this let me know. I need to know ASAP. If I don't hear back from anyone I'll get volunteers on Monday, although I was told we needed to have chaperones assigned by tomorrow night. Chaperones need to be at the Red Gym this coming Wednesday at 2:15pm, and I would assume you will be walking people around until your group is done.

2. Next, we will be doing the event at the Alpha Phi's house, hopefully. We are painting little pumpkins with the kids. We will also need some brothers who aren't painting to be at the house to give out candy to the kids that are trick-or-treating. I need about 2 or 3 volunteers to pass out candy. I think this would be a great occassion to display the pumpkins from our pumpkin carving contest, and it will make the property look nice for the trick-or-treaters.

3. We need to get supplies. We need to get pumpkins, paint, brushes, plastic to cover the floor, markers, and pencils. We should also print out pumpkin face designs so we have ideas of what we can paint with the kids. We need 175 paintable pumpkins. We should get them from the Schuster's, and if they run out of small pumpkins we'll get the rest from somewhere else. We will get reimbursed for any expenses so don't worry about paying for things. I'll get the other chapters to take care of the other supplies...hopefully.

The event is this upcoming Wednesday, so please do your best to make time to participate.
