^You know! It's a TV set with buttons and letters in front of it. I'm still trying to figure out what this "monitor" thing is that the tech support guy mentioned, though......

I'm not sure, but I think the button on it is to open it. :p

Now where can I get some more of those little frisbees they sent me? Also, what about those little square coasters? :)

Ok, how can I convince Quicktime to play AVI files? They just come up white (sound, no picture).

I have a DivX player, but it won't run the newest files.

Okay, how do I convince ROXIO to burn CD tracks like it used to, but has now decided that it doesn't like them after 1 track. Their techies haven't a clue........
