You can move any topic into the Archives, and the contents will be visible only to allowed users of the forum. (We strongly suggest that you limit allowed users to board administrators). The Archives Forum is also a great place to place threads that involve legal issues or Terms of Use violations -- it removes them from public sight, but preserves them in a way that ezboard staff can view them.
