Agamemnon Corporation - Courtyard
*The blackbird landed in the courtyard, it's engines quickly dying and the passangers readying themself for what might come. They where cloaked, on stealth, no one sould have been able to see them arrive*
Talia:"Zis is it zen..."
*She says telepathicly as she stands*
Talia:"Ze can do zis! Let uz go!"
*Xavier looked over at Logan, then over at Kurt who seemed confused on what Talia was saying*
Nightcrawler:"Do vhat? Vhat are you planning on doing? Talia?"
Talia:"Ve are going to save Aris's family!"
Nightcrawler:"VHAT!? Professor, you can not send zem out zere alone!"
*Xavier looked at Kurt, it appeared he spoke to him telepathicly because Kurt gave a nod and sat down, gripping the pilots steering wheel tightly with his three fingers*
Xavier:"Alright, Shade, Shift, Nocturne, try seeing if you can find out where they are being held."
*Kurt could be seen shaking his head, obviously disapperoving this.
Talia wished he didn't do that..didn't he think she could do it? Well then she had to prove she could! They would all prove they could be trusted to handle this, they'd show them how useful they where to the team..*
Nightcrawler:"Good luck in zere!"
*Kurt says turning to look at the kids*
Nightcrawler:"Vhat about us Professor?"
*Jean and Scott where wondering the same question*
Xavier:"We're going to cause a distraction, get their attention away from inside the building."
Nightcrawler:"Very vell! Let's get zis over vith!"
*Talia looked over at Shade*
Talia:"You're a shapeshifter to?"
*She asks curiously*
Xavier:"Shade will need to touch someone before she takes their form."
Talia:"Uh, vell zen she can pretend to be our hostage till ve find someone for her to mimic."
*Talia's body shifts into a fit adverage hight man with sandy blonde hair, his green-ish grey eyes hidden slightly under his police cap. She pats down her police uniform, and in a male voice telepathicly asks*
Talia:"How do I look?"
Xavier:"You'll need to use your voice in there Talia..."
*Talia frowned, as if she had just been insilted, then fidgets with her fingers nervously*
Xavier:"Shade, Shift, when you're both ready, Nocturne will teleport you inside."
Casey nodded and felt Nalani's protective hand on hers.
"Go get them Case," she said and let Casey take Talia's hand.
"I'm a little different from a shapeshifter but I do mimic appearances. They aren't totally solid though, that's the drawback. I also phase through things," Casey explainned to Taila. She took a deep breath then said, "Okay I'm ready when you are."

*She says as she takes their hands, teleporting away inside the building, Nightcrawler watched, upset, yet silent*
Xavier":Alright, the rest of you, let's get out there and cause a distraction!"
*Of course, Xavier wouldn't be out there, he stayed in his seat, Scott stood and Jean made her way outside, Scott right infront of her. Jean paused as she passed Wolverine*
Jean:"...Don't warroy Logan, everything will be alright, we'll make sure of it."
*She attempts to comfort him, then continues off with Scott, who was still upset over what Logan had said to him earlier.
As Jean and Scott arrive outside the plane, a collection of armoured guards rush towards them, and soon enough more guards arrived, almost 30 men pouring out of the building, charging for the attack...*
Cyclops:"Alright everyone, for the team, let's do it!"
*The battle begins the very moment Scott shoots an optic blast towards the guards*
(ooc-You may control your character's battles with the guards, NPC the guards moments and such, just don't sudden;y kill them all off )

Nalani wondered what she could do. Her powers were so basic and could only be used for helping others. Her fighting would have to be done the hard way. Nalani yelled out to the others, "Holler if you need a hand," then began to take on the nearest guard to her.

*Aris remained silent throughout the conversation, and quietly followed Cassie and Talia, sending her father a quick glance before shifting into a tall policeman*

*Talia and Judas appear, both look wrecked and tired, though in truth Talia had done little to no fighting at all, yet teleporting with others so many times where far more stressful then by herself*
Nocturne:"Ze others are below ground gettin Connor, Madison was not vith zem!"
*She yells as the other X-Men where mostly busy taking out what ever guards where in the area*

Upon Appearing, Judas' legs finally give out on him causing the entirety of his weight to bare down on Nocturne. The young woman was a lot stronger than she let on.
"Uhhh...::huff, huff::..Well...it seems...you've managed to...::huff::..sweep me off my feet...after all, eh?" He weakly muses with a feint smile, staring into her solid yellow eyes with his emerald greens. "So...what's...your name, beautiful?"

*Talia's arms held on desperatly to the man, refusing to allow him to fall, Nightcrawler had seen the arrivel of his daughter and was already making his way over to her*
Nocturne:"I am hardly beatiful.."
*She finally manages to say*
Nocturne:"Mine real name ist Talia."
*She whispers quietly in an attempt to hide what she had said before, her father makes it to her side*
Nightcrawler:"Nocturne! Pleaze, let me help."
*But before her father was able to take hold of Judas, Nocturne informed him of what was happening down in the underground chambers. With a sigh, he soon teleported off to help those still below*

Judas smiles as Nocturne whispers to him. He so loved it when women whisper to him. He waited until Kurt has teleported away before he said anything.
"Already..trying to..sweet talk me, huh?" <cough!> "And why is it....that..all the...cute ones..try to tell me...that they...aren't? <cough, cough! Akk> One day...you'll learn..that I'm always right. Flashing her a sly smile. "Some nice...moves..back there...Talia...Talia...such...a nice....name."
His smile slowly faded as his breathing became more and more labored.

Nalani enhanced a man's clumsyness and he tripped, falling flat on his face in front of her. She checked to make sure he was uncontious then looked around, seeing who needed help.
Nocturne was back but from the looks of it now was not a great time to welcome her back or to see how the mutant she had brought back with her was doing...or for that matter what his name was.
"Anyone need help?" she called out, a general advertisment. If anyone had fading powers they needed to use now was the time to call her over.
*Daniel and Jarod appear on the lawn, both hold safely onto Madison*
Daniel:"I can't believe it, finally free!"
Jarod:"Get her to the jet! Her group's about to leave!"
Daniel:"Think they'd give us a lift?"
Jarod:"Look!"
*Daniel's attention is directed over to a blue frred girl who was slowly dragging a feline mutant towards the jet, unaware of the on coming soldier*
Daniel:"Hold her!"
*Jarod used his telepathy to take hold of the feral girl, rushing towards the jet as Daniel went off to help out, his arms turning invisible so it looks like he hasn't got any. He steps between the soldier and the mutants, the Soldier paused, staring at the armless hero with a laugh*
Daniel:"Don't make me punch you."
*He says sternly as the guards expression grows more serious, this was a group of mutants after all, no telling what his this armless man could do.
Daniel smiled as he raised his weapon, but the CSI agent grabbed the pistol and threw it to the ground, punching the name hard and knocking him to the ground*
Daniel:"Jarod look out!"
*He runs off, not even waiting for a thank you from the blue mutant, some guards who recognised Jarod blocked his path, any who watched as Jarod escaped would be punished by death....or worse. So any who saw him stopped fighting and rushed off to subdue the Prodigy.
Jarod paused, unable to move forward, refusing to back off, one of the guards go flying backwards as Jarod hits them with a psonic blast of psychic energy. This wasn't going well, as long as Madison was with him she'd be unable to get to the jet that must have been sent to save her and her brother.
Sizing up the situation Jarod soon decided on a course of action, using her psychic powers and strength, Jarod throws Madison towards Daniel, who catches her as she glides towards him.
Daniel didn't stop running, he run all the way into the BlackBird, Xavier seemed to be waiting for him, Daniel stared at the old man in shock, he'd seen this guy before...*
Xavier:"Place her in the seat by te boy."
*He says with slight urgency in his voice, and Daniel did as he was asked.
Meanwhile outside Jarod was dealing with a group of guards, with another wave of his arm 2 more guards go sailing backwards into the air. He went to attack again when suddenly, out of now where, a cage appears around him.
Taken by suprise Jarod glanced about, but then only one name crossed his mind with a hiss of hatered...Cole*
Jardo:"Let me go!"
*He demands, though is aware such a request will go unheard, Daniel hears his yell and appears outside, yet as he moves in to lend a hand, the guards grab hold of the newly appeared cage, then tap on their telepotation devices and vanish from sight*
Daniel:"Damit!"
*The cop yells in frustration, stomping his foot down hard*
Xavier:"Everyone on board the BlackBird, we have Connor and Madison, well done team."
*His telepathic voice enters the minds of all those helping fight, ordering their return to the jet*
They say the Human mind can twist and bend under the stress of reality
But sometimes...it can begin to crack, before shattering in pieces

*Nocturne watched as the man rushed off*
Nocturne:"Danke!"
*She calls out, yet doubted if he even heard it, she looked at the man in her arms*
Nocturne:"You are a very unusual man."
*She says with a half smile, Scott and Jean rush over to her, Scott flips the mutant beastman over his shoulders, before hurrying off towards the jet, with Talia and Jean behind him*

Nalani sighed in relief. Fighting situations were always strange for her due to the specific abilities of her power. She ran back towards the jet, glad that the battle was finally over. Upon reaching the jet she quickly boarded it, smiling when she noticed young Casey was just behind her.
After a quick moment they were seated together, belted in and ready to go.

*With a burst of energy, the remainding X-Men climbed onboard, and the engines took the blackbird to the sky, speeding towards the Institute*
