Alright, I'm in a storyline making mood apparently
I was thinking of something a little fun, a little different, and absolutely no demons allowed
The story will be involving Heath, my Knight from the 14th century, I was thinking of perhaps having that Wizard who sent him into the future to try and get him back to where he belongs. The spell had opened a portal to allow Heath and Kattalin to fall into this time, so I was thinking if another portal opens beneath him, then the people around him will be sucked into his world as well.
I thought the main purpose could also be for character development, giving the chance for some people to spend time away from the school, in total isolation, fear, and being all alone will work well in having them all work together.
Right now I was thinking of it involving these characters;
Arisa & Arlen - Now this would involve Nat actually posting regularly, so I don't know how likely this is
I would like Arlen to be able to stand up for her in a fight for once, I don't think the 14th century which hunters and such would like seeing a blue fuzzy creature wondering about. At first no one will know where they are, so perhaps a group sees Arisa in her true form. 'Bout bloody time she realizes that 'hell, I need Arlen!' even if lil'miss stubborn doesn't want to say it out loud ! Any who, might also help mend their tattered relationship.
Lauren - I figure since Heath hovers about her a lot she might be a victim in this little plot, muhahahaha.. It'd give the two also a chance to explore Heath's world, since she's shown him hers, I think it's only fair to show her his murderous, war ridden, threat and blackmail filled world as well! ...Come to think of it their worlds aren't a whole lot different, *Can picture Lauren jumping up and down excitedly*
Riley - I want Riley to be there dagnagit! *Stomps foot* His extensive knowledge in history might be of a great help to the trapped time travellers. It would give him a chance to also get involved with others on the board, I thought it might be good for him to feel needed for once...*Narrows eyes at Sean who just takes over X-Force whenever Riley isn't around making Riley feel as if there's no real need for him to even lead the team* Also the fact he's just human doesn't help, so maybe this would be good for his self confidence!
...*Gives Jenn puppy doggie eyes that her puppy Troy always did to sucker Angie into giving him doggie treats and letting him sleep on her bed... and pillow* And maybe.. Jenn has a character that she might want to join in!
Heath - Well... gee.. he is the main character in this storyline
But I thought it might be fun to have Heath dragged back, he's been so terribly homesick, but maybe when he goes back he realizes how much more he loves being at the school.
Now that is all up 5 characters, I was thinking 8 characters go back, perhaps all of them are either in the stables talking, it'd make sense since that's where Heath often is, plus Riley goes down there often and Lauren can be seen down there in the past.. Or, maybe the group is going out somewhere, but that will reduce the other three characters to ones that know someone in the group.
I don't want any more of my characters to go, but there is a reason why I have chosen to send three characters, we could be splitting up and it might be less confusing if all the groups still have at least one of my characters (Even if they are not in charge) so people don't panic over what to do, lol.
Of course, if Nat doesn't want to be part of it, I'll remove Arlen and then that'll open another two spots for someone else’s characters to fill up. I don't mind if we don't get a whole eight characters, this post will be left open until the ending of the Group Training Missions.
I thought it might be handy to have them struggle to cope with getting to work together with their own team, and then separate teams members all thrown together and having to form their own group and deal with things together. Hopefully putting what they learned on the Group Training Missions to good use!
If someone else sees their name..*Stares at Lauren*... then feel free to say ya aren't up to tossing ya character back a few centuries into a world of suffering and torment, and ya name will be removed from the list! ...That will mean that your character will stay in the safety of the school.. where noooo harm can get to the said character....*Is in no way trying saying all this coz she knows how much people like making their characters suffer*... ...
- The Story -
The group are gathered in a certain location, they must all be within a short distance of Heath, so they should all be talking to one another or something, I say they are in the stables, my votes on that, but if others have other ideas I'll listen. The reason I ask for the stables is because I would Kattalin (Heath's Horse) to be sent back with him.
Maybe all of them, or most, are with horses, that'd help with their transportation around the place, some can start off without a horse and perhaps they manage to get some more in the past.
The portal will open suddenly beneath them...and they fall! *Hears many gasps and 'oooo's and 'aaahh's and snores* -_-
Once they're dumped in the past, they will figure one of the students accidentally teleported them off somewhere, so they'd be trying to find a highway or somewhere to call the school. Instead they'd come across a ruined village, Heath would recognise the charred remains after a moment of wondering through, everyone will notice sudden oddness of people in the tiny village wearing rags and smeared in dirt. Maybe the people of that village see Arisa (if she is there) and they think she's a demon. That will force the group to flee quickly, the only place that Heath would know as safe would be his home farm just outside the village. But the farm is destroyed and abandoned...*dramatic music plays*..
Maybe they camp there for a day or so, but - if Arisa is there - the villagers could mob up and come to ward off the demon. Without warning Arlen will get his blue furred form and run off towards the nearby forest that is ... nearby! Well the mob goes after him thinking it's the demon but they'll lose him in the forest. Meanwhile The rest of the group will decide they need to find a safe place and clothes and figure out a way to blend in with the people of this time, this will end up with them going to find Heath's friends, after all, one of them forged up a fake document of Heath's nobility, he can do the same for all of them to keep them all safe for the duration of the stay. By then Arlen would have long since found his way back to the team.
To earn money for their food and sleeping accommodations I was thinking Heath goes back to acting as a Knight, winning tournaments for gold coins and so on, perhaps some of the others can use their talents in order to earn more since Heath wouldn't be able to support all of them with just his own winnings, he'll have to also buy armour and equipment to keep on fighting which will bite into his pay check! *Can so see Lauren - if she's there - getting more experience with her luck altering powers *
Well that's a real basic skeleton structure of the starting of it, wonna know more? Join the story!
I would really prefer mutants who do not have overly powerful abilities, but if you do want your character to join that does have really strong powers, you won't really be allowed to use them unless you want total chaos sweeping the past.. And that means a long boring lecture from Xavier on how you SHOULD have handled yourself!
Besides, I figured a group of lesser-powered mutants could be fun, it'd make everything all the more harder for them to try and handle things on their own.

You want your character to take part?
Give me a name; Powers; Short explanation and what you think will come of your character's presence there, what do you want your character to learn, gain or.. whatever!
You're answers won't determine if they come or not, it'll help me understand how exactly it is you want your character to grow and in what way and then I can hopefully try and create a scenario to help you along with that.
It's the first time I've made a story with certain characters planned for it, but that doesn't mean you HAVE to take part, I'm just telling you there's a story with you names on it, if either of you two, Nat and Loza, wish not to take part in the later story, then that's alright with me! *Exact translation = I'll kill you later when no one's watching*
During this time, so you all have perspective;
Max Chadstone would have just been dumped by Garnet, upset and shocked by the dumping (Since normally he starts ignoring the girlfriend until she dumps him but in this case Garnet dropped him out of the blue because she realized his naughty ways of sleeping with girls at the drop of a hat and not hanging around long after that). He'll drown his sorrows in the Dying Star, where Loza's criminal mutant will run into the drunk and big-mouthed Max Chadstone while Max is leaving with a girl.
Like Loza, her criminal mutant is veeeery touchy..*suppresses evil giggles* and he follows Max back to the hotel and when Max leaves early in the morning to get back to school before classes start, Criminal Mutant dude will go up and with Max's fingerprints and such, murder the girl and thus frame poor depressed Maxy-Waxy.
Never the less, when he dragged off in cuffs looking utterly confused, he'll then start his own personal nightmare of a storyline.
When Arisa comes back from the past.. if she goes.. She will captured by the cops on false charges of.. Whatever crime Nat planned on her being charged with. This is when things start going wrong for a few students who are being framed at the school for things they haven't done. Of course Riley and the others from the past will know.. if Arisa had gone in the past, lol.. that she's innocent.
But this will cause havoc for the school's reputation, with all the criminals suddenly popping up being students from that school, the court will order Xavier to shut it down!!!
...*Just realizes she's moved onto a completely new storyline* Wow... I really am in a storyline-making mood..
Anyway, the government is going to think that the school is a training place for criminals, they'll over run the school and try to capture all the students. So using the escape tunnels a large amount of students will make a break for it, where they go will depend on the players or whomever their characters are with.
I was thinking of having a large group of them going to the abandoned underground Initiative Base, would be interesting, they'll be safe there since it's a secret facility and no record of it exists. It'd also be a great place for them to organise a plan on how to fight this new threat. They have a kitchen and a bunch of rooms, more then enough for each of them to sleep in.
All the bank accounts of all the students will be frozen to stop them buying things or leaving the country, so that would leave only people like Riley would have hidden personal accounts and other ways like stealing and such to take care of the other people who aren't able to get things to eat!
..Could be a good way for Garnet to realize Riley's not such a bad guy after all as well...
..Before I start plotting anything else, I'll leave it at this!
*Runs off before more ideas pop up*
If you want your character to be put on record for having done a crime of some sort, put your character name here, what they did, and if you wanted them taken to jail where the captured ones will all be confined or if you want them running off and hiding with the others or on ya own or whatever. Remember, you got probably months before this story plot happens, so plenty of time to think of things!

Gets over excited .... then remembers that the old story line isn't anywhere near being finnished -sulks-
Anyway I wanted Cat to be involved in the go back in time story line so that she and Riley can finaly fix up their relationship Would like Cat to be happy again ... even if she is stuck in another dimension, at least she'll still be there with Riley.
Looks at puppy eyes and bends down to poke at them with a pointy stick. muwhahahaha.
I'm thinking about the last thread but I'll let you know what I want to happen with Cat later ..... I can imagine someone wouldn't really need to pin anything on her, she'd already wanted in connection with a couple of thefts of cars over the past few years lol.
Anyhow I've got other things to do ... like revision so I better shoot bai.

Hey not sure if this thread is still open (well Matt posted recently so I'm assuming it it) just wanted to say that it's all cool with me letting Lauren go to the past to get tortured and stuff. And I did wanna work on her powers, have to do my homework in them first! And then there's Clinton, framing everone for murder, mwahaha!!!
