There is someone sending private messages to people who have lost ezsupporter with offers of 'help'. This person may claim to be former staff, or claim to be working with former staff, and they will ask you details about your account. Do NOT under any circumstances give this person details about your account. They are not, have never been, and do not know any ezboard staff. They have NO power to fix your account or prevent this bug from happening. They will spread rumors of viruses or tell you your account will be deleted if you don't let them help you. This is to frighten you into giving them account details which will help them steal your account and your boards. NEVER give any details of your account to anyone other than real ezboard staff or mods. The real staff is fixing every account which lost ezsupporter and we will restore the inboxes soon. Please be very careful about opportunists who use this bug as a ruse to steal your account.
