Hey Buddy,
First of all Welcome to the Tribe and there are a couple of things you need to know.
The BeefyBoyz Tribe is for all us "Regular Guys" who are working hard to be the best they can be. As a lot, We are not the Colt Models (although some of our best Buds ARE Colt Models and we admire what they have accomplished), but for what ever reasons, 99.9% of us will never be Colt Models nor is that necessarially what we wish ourselves to be. Nor are we the "Flamers", nor are we the "Twinks" doing the Circuit scene (though again, lots of our buds do enjoy the parties).
What you will find with our buds is that they are REGULAR GUYS WHO ENJOY DOING REGULAR GUY THINGS AND HANGING OUT WITH BUDS LIKE THEMSELVES. To that point, the Tribe is inclusive. If you are a regular guy who has RESPECT FOR HIMSELF AND OTHERS, then you are in the right place.
As to making the changes you want with your body, post a question for BuffBear in the Training and Nutrition section and let him know what you want to accomplish. He can help you get started even if it is to advise you to get a personal trainer.
Work hard on being happy with yourself.... and when you are.... Mr Right will come along and when you least expect it!! In the meantime party with your buds, make as many friends as you can, and treat everyone with respect and the way YOU would want them to treat you.
