Biking hands free
How do you bike hands free? Is this easy? Of course I have to practice lot.

Not using one's hands
Cycling without your hands on the handlebars probably isn't such a good idea. It's not a problem learning to do it (it's just something you eventually can do after you get comfortable with the balance of your bike) but you never have the same control without your hands on the handlebar as you do when you've got your handlebar gripped (well, obviously).

I don't think there is any situation where you are better off cycling 'hands free'. If there is any time you need both hands for something, stopping your bike, doing what you need to and starting off again is normally the best policy.

I'm not saying I never cycle any of my bikes without my hands on the handlebars, as I do, but I know I'm being a bit of a twat when I do it and don't deserve any sympathy or medical attention if it causes me to fall off.
(Incidentally, I'm not slagging off anyone else in the previous paragraph, just myself)
