I've read some on this ghost town before the pictures are great. There's also been some documentary work done on this site. Thanks for the link Brig. Very cool.

Excellent link Nurse thanks. There is a book I have seen in the bookstore of Ghost Towns here in Canada. I'm thinking now I'll have to go and buy it!

Oh wow! That was so cool. Thanks Nurse. I'd love to go through that town. If it were a bustling gold town, wonder what made it suddenly become abandoned? Even leaving the billiard table as it was last used. I'd also like to go in that little church too.

There must have been something there at one time to bring people to settle there. I know some towns, there could have been mines, gold, or even a railway that went though at the time that no longer is functioning. Not only would it be real interesting to see the these towns but to research the history behind them as well. Fascinating really.

Yes I agree with spry. If you ever been out that way its very wide spread. Some have just grown up in that area and stayed all there lifes. Traveling across country recently ive seen tons of old towns that were in the middle of nowhere. And people still lived there.
