Thanks for you support. Had a bit of a time the last few weeks, but I'm finally on the road to recovery. During a routine checkup the found the start of prostate cancer, so based on age, my condition, and lifestyle, I decided to have it removed. The surgery went well as expected and they got it all. But after a few days I developed some blood clots which put me back in the hosp. Anyway, that is under control and I'm itching to get back to the gym - but that is probably a month away. Anyway, I am using this as an opportunity to progress. I'm on a good fat burning diet, with adequate protein and good suppliments to ward off muscle loss. I'll let you know how it comes out.
