Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)
"Geeeeeeeeeeeee... stupid hair!!" ,Rogue shouted in frustration, fighting her stubborn mane with a pink brush.
"'s all your fault!" The brush finished his existence as a weird-looking clump in the southern belle's garbage can. She hadn't liked it anyway.
Using another one, Rogue finally managed to tame her auburn mane and put on the bandana belonging to her combat suit which she had already on.
In a few hours, the initial training would begin and being completly honest to herself she had realized long ago how lazy she was in the morning.
Leaving her room, Rogue couldn't suppress a sigh.
*This is gonna be some tough day...*
"Aurora?" Impatiently, the southern belle knocked on the door of Circe's room.
"One second please..." A moment later, the ebony-haired mutant opened. She wore a long red dress with the compulsory slit. After all, you could never know what the day would bring. Fights, rendevous... better be to be prepared for everything in one!
Aurora smiled, obviously in a fabulous mood. "Good morning. Shall I take our guests to the Professor?"
"Yep" Rogue nodded and before leaving, she muttered a "thanks" She hated early mornings...
"Well then, people, I would like you to get ready for the day. I know it is rather early but later on, Professor Xavier might be busy. I will come to bring you to him in half an hour. Please try to make it in time, will you?"
She smiled into the other worlders' room cheerfully and pulled the curtains aside; the clouded sky contrasting with her mood.

Aisha Munroe stretched as she awoke from her fairly deep sleep, a sleep that had been twisted with nightmares and dreams of Prometheus.
In the worst of the night's dreams he had been chained to a mountain side and she was almost frozen to the spot, as chained as he was in essence. Aisha didn't think she'd ever forget the Eagle swooping down at him, clawing his face then using it's beak to nip a hole in his side. The screams of anguish she had heard come from her friend were still echoing in her head.
At the moment though there was nothing to be done about dream eagles. Drian had sent her here and he'd have to deal with the consequences of not having her around.
Aisha wondered briefly about a change of clothes as she realized her own were rumbled from a night of tossing and turning. She put the thought out of her mind though and instead ran her fingers through her hair. She was used to life like this though and her black curls resisted all forms of taming anyway. What good would a brush have done?
"Morning," Aisha said with a brightness she didn't feel in her heart. She was eager to break the silence and get Prometheus off her mind and lame conversation made the perfect diversion.
Re: Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)
The entire night seemed to drag by so slowly, but Mark stubbornly refused to move from where he sat just outside the window of their room.
Being dead had the handy advantage of not needing sleep to recharge the body...since he didn't have a body, Angelus had sought to that.
His eyes watched mezmorized as the sun rose in the distant sky, the golden rays giving the white clouds a wonderous orange tint. He heard the shuffle of curtains being pulled aside behind him, his head looked back at the body of their host. Instantly his form melted away into shadowy ashes, reforming in the room beside Aisha since he had locked onto her soul.
Mark:"Rayne, look!"
His eyes where transfixed on the window which now allowed the golden rays to enter the room, though not as brightly as he would have gladely hoped. Just the rays strong enough to pierce the thick clouds over head, but any rays of light, no matter how weak, where more then they could ever hope for back home.
Kailia:"It's so pretty.."
The small creature replied with a tender yawn and a swish of her long tiny tail. She uncurled from the end of the bed where she had slept by Aisha's feet, her leafy wings giving a gentle flap to strech them before folding them away again.
Mark:"...I wish Rogue could see this, it's so bright!"
Re: Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)
"It's beautiful," Rayne said in awe. "Unfortunently it doesn't help with my hair problem," she continued, apparently having not yet given up her crusade for a good hair day. The weather mutant furiously combed her fingers through the thick black curls and through her smaller blonde braids trying to untangle the mess to no avail.
"How did you sleep?" she asked, the question directed at all but moreso at Kalia since Mark didn't really sleep per se.
Re: Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)
The small faerie gave a thoughtful flick of her tail.
Kailia:"Warm and soft!"
She replied with a tiny grin across her face as she stood up on the bed, then fell back playfully onto the soft blanket and sat there cheerfully.
Mark:"I did some soul searching...you'd never believe who I found.."
He trailed off, hinting if they didn't figure out he meant Angel now then he'd tell them later when they where with Professor Xavier.
Mark:"Speaking of soul searching.."
He looked towards Circe, his voice and look more serious then he normally would give.
Mark:"You're aware how dangerous that creature is right? Spike may look all lost puppy wanting to find a home, but it's still very dangerous, you should be careful letting it walk about this building alone like you had earlier.."
The tiny faeire curled her tail onto her lap so she could run her small fingers threw it's silky hair, not really paying any attention to what was being said.
While the group was talking, she put the curtains in order and just was about to leave the room again as Mark began to speak to her again.
Mark:"You're aware how dangerous that creature is right? You should be careful letting it walk about this building alone like you had earlier.."
Her pride made ready to jump at the ghostly one again. What right did he have to critisize their methods?!
Fortunately, the girl's sensible side stepped in reminding her of the facts. William was a vampire... a demon. There was no doubt about that.
"Thank you for the warning, however, in this building, he will never be alone. There are supervision cameras all over the spot and Rogue is anything but trusting towards potentially dangerous strangers"
To her, there was nothing more to talk about.
"Necessities like soap, brushes et cetera are in the bath room. I will return in half an hour as I said"
With a cheerful glance around, she left.

"Dibs," Rayne said, heading towards the bathroom. When she emerged perhaps fifteen minutes later her hair had at last been tamed and makeup covered the dark circles under her eyes. She hadn't really ever been the makeup type but now that it was sitting there in front of her why not?
Surely it was possible to look nice and kick butt...or lie around since she was now in this universe.
"If anyone else wants to use the bathroom..." Aisha said, trailing off as she sat down.
Re: Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)
The small faerie gave a gentle sway of her tail, Mark in the mean time sulking off in the corner of the room, watching Rayne with a look of disintrest in what she had said.
Kailia:"Do you think we'll be able to go out later into the sunlight?"
The little creature asked with a glitter of hope in her golden brown eyes.
Mark:"Why not? They let a blood thirsty monster run about free."
He grumbled quietly, but then got a softer tone as he looked back over towards Rayne.
Mark:"Hey, sorry about your mother....they said she was still alive here, are you going to look for her?"
Re: Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)
Rayne's expression changed as she looked over at Mark and Kailia.
"Well I uh..I hadn't really thought about it," Aisha said softly. "I mean maybe she's alive but they haven't heard of me here so she's probably happily married to a nice man with several normal children that didn't come from demon universes. Do you think she'd really want to see me?"
Re: Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)Mark:"If you found out you had a daughter from another world drop by and not even be able to see her, wouldn't you be slightly disappointed?"
He asked, looking for an honest opinion, because he knows he'd be curious to know a family member from another world..
Re: Busy Morning (other worlders, please look here!)
"I guess I would feel maybe a little upset, at the least a strange curiousity about her," Aisha said after thinking about it.
Aisha smiled and outside the window the sun simply glowed in happiness. "Thanks Mark, I guess once we meet Professor X I'll ask him about meeting my alternate universe mother."
"Alright people, I hope you are ready"
Circe entered again. Considering her appearance, she had used the time for bodycare as well and contrary to half an hour ago, precious yet unobstrusive jewelry was emphasizing her beauty.
"If you would please follow me, I believe the Professor is already waiting for you"
With that, she turned around and headed for Xavier's office, walking slowly enough for the other worlders to catch up.
