Date reminders. Fight instructions are due today, 08.29.03 at some point. I could still use a writer for 09 v. Bogkun (although, this fight may just not happen as Jonathan has requested time off and Dominique hasn't been seen in a week or two). But I'd like to have someone lined up nonetheless. Show should be out next Saturday, that's my goal. I know things have been slow around here - I've been busy with FFXI ('tis sweetness) and you all have started or will be starting school back up again... ... ...wait a minute, I'm supposed to start school (graduate school) next week. @#%$, I have to register. Erm... well, yeah. Regardless, I want to keep pushing forward instead of pushing things back further because that's bad business. So the show will be out next week whether or not you all roleplay, so there. The end. -Jeremy Rodden |

Re: Date reminders.
Speaking of not roleplaying, would it be okay if I took the next episode off? I mean, I know everyone has their responsibilities, but I'm swamped with crap to do. I have to work at my dad's office, school starts soon, I have to work on my site, my comic, I gotta get important school supplies(with my own money, nonetheless), and, throughout all of this, I gotta study for the SATs, which is stupid, 'cuz I'm the first class to take the new one.
It was because of all of this that I wrote a last-minute, half-assed RP. I don't wanna be having to write sh*t RP's for my next fight. I'd really like some time off so I can get myself organized, and get back on track. If by the net episode I see that I can't deal with all the responsibilities and all the pressure, Superhero shall be no more. Thanks. |

Re: No school for me.... Yeah, I see how it is. @#%$ off. I don't think I WANT you to come over. On another note... I have a job interview at Bonner on Tuesday for a Religion faculty position. I'll be sure to let you know how that goes. -Jeremy Rodden |

It pays to come online sometimes Yeah, here's the thing that I WOULD have explained to you if you would have come online Jerry! (Don't mind me, I'm feeling particularly silly today! Needless to say, I wasn't able to come online then to answer your email. After that I was swamped with trying to get my stuff together for moving into my new apartment. (Swanky!) And now that I'm back online, I see no need to email back as my Fight Instructions/RP speak for the fact that yes I haven't left this magical place! |

It's no fun when no one plays! *pouts* And on a side note to my last post, is it just me or is this episodes turnout really, REALLY lacking? I mean, maybe school might have something to do with it, but school's actually made participation easier for me as I'm now free of my internet-nazi folks. Just wondering. |

Bonafied Eagle Scout I don't see the point of rubbing the fact that you're a scout in anyone's faces. To make us think you're even more of a straight edge, goody-two-shoes, moral-filled nightmare? Here's a reality check for you. My scout troop has been banned from certain camps because of the damage we've done, and I'm an Eagle Scout just the same as any one else. Anyway, I always find some way to bust out all three award winning RPs before the show comes out. Edited by: Chowzer at: 9/3/03 2:39 pm |

Heh, well, edges are nice if you need 'em! Of course that's not it!! I also had a 3.8 weighted GPA. Class ranking of 10th out of 115. SAT scores of 1390. I'd say that's enough. Scouts took care of the extra-curricular stuff! Trust me, you need an edge if you wanna get into William and Mary these days or any college for that matter! |
