De-lurking
Hello everyone who reads this...lol. My name is Lady Valach. I found this board a couple of days ago and have been browsing. Didn't want you to think I was anti-social. I really don't have anything to add to this site.. but I run one myself and know how much it annoys me when I see someone lurkling and not say anything.
I DID want to tell you I think this site is absolutely one of THE best ezboards I have seen yet. it is very well put together, easy to get around. Lots to see other than just forums. I have spent the better part of 2 days checking out the links and just now getting around to the fourms. VERY COOL!
Like I said.. you may see me lurking about from time to time.. just cuz I think this stuff is really cool... but I have only had one experience in my life as far as sightings go. I didn't actually "see" them.. I only smelled them and felt them. It was when I lived in NM. We smelled burning rubber for a short period of time in one section of the house and no where else. We checked everywhere to see where he smell was coming from and couldn't find it. We jokingly said "it must be a ghost" and the smell went away.
We always had the feeling someone was following us down the hall everytime we walked down it. People would come over and feel the same thing. It made you want to run.. even during the day. Never did find out anything about it though.
Anyhoo... just wanted to say hello.. guess I did more than that didn't I...lol.

Thank you for the nice compliments. I thought I you lurking about for the last couple of days....and that's great! We don't mind really and it was nice of you to introduce yourself. There is a place you can leave a link to your forum at in the Mail room if you like and we do visit all newly advertised boards.
That was a very interesting experience that you shared with us and we appreciate it also. I've had feelings of being followed or watched when I knew that no living person was around. Seems like when you said out loud that "We must have a ghost" and the smell vanished that you unintentionally gave the spirit what it wanted, Acknowledgment. Very kewel!

Hello Lady and Welcome Thankyou for the compliments on the board, ive sat up many nights trying to get it all straight, LOL. We also enjoy other topics as well as ghosts, so feel free to check it all out. Your experience is interesting thanks for sharing that with us. Ive smelt odors myself from time to time. Hello Lady! and welcome to the Castle .Glad you decided to de-lurk What and interesting encounter you described.I have had the feeling of being watched also when there was no one around can be kinda creepy.Join in and hope you drop in often.
