Drew
Both eyes quiet. Pressures good. BUT... of course there is always a but... Rash is back, big bad and ugly. No one knows what is it or what is causing it. Nothing helps it either. It just has to run it's course. Referred to another specicialist but can't see them until DEC 3RD!!! Frustration!!!
sorry to learn that the rash has returned. where is it located on his body as I can't recall. has it been biopsied to try to figure out what it is? has he been tested for collagen vascular disease processes? does he have any hearing loss? tinnitus? arthritis?
poor little kid. the uveitis is bad enough.
my grandson has rashes from time to time which make him miserable. no diagnosis either.
Great news about the uveitis being quiet, and the eyes behaving, but sorry to hear about the rashes. Alexa still gets them as well, but the hives have taken a hike for the most part. She has dermagraphic skin (I think that is what they call it) which still embarrasses her. I hope Drew is handeling it o.k.
I wonder if a journal would help try to find the trigger. When her rash or hives do appear, it is always within 15 minutes of whatever it is that bothered her.

We started Drew's vitamin D- his level was just barely normal. We also started ferrous sulfate. His ferritin was barely normal also even thought he takes multi-vitamin with iron. I'm just worried about his stomach with ferrous sulfate. His stomach is not good most the time anyway, I'm afraid this will make it worse.
Re: Drew
Iron and Vitamin D3 are extremely important for general health issues. please note if he has fewer colds etc once the levels are into the high normal levels. level of vitamin D3 should be what is found at equatorial levels in blood not what is found in the USA as it is WAY too low to be of good here.
