Personality: A generally happy boy, Bailey's just hit puberty, which has made him begin to notice women and girls more. This messes with his judgement, which is normally very clear, and has resulted in a few crashes... nothing too major though.
Amazingly intelligent, Bailey is a math genius, and a child prodigy. Able to calculate difficult math problems in seconds, he supprises even his father, the Chief of Naval Opperations, who got the boy his current rank and position.
History: Born to one Jack Primrose and Lady Primrose, Bailey showed interest in machines at an early age, and it was quite evident... especially when he took apart his father's computer at the age of five. This was noted by the military, and at the age of seven he was regularly sent to the Naval base his father worked on. During this time his true powers began to show, as he helped the Naval airmen recruits in preparing for the written exams.
At eight, his father signed him up for the crippled naval fleet. He quickly flashed through the ranks, and was selected as the pilot for the experimental FALKEN, which was still in development. Up until now, he was trained in VR simulators and worked on and with the computer. Currently, he and the FALKEN have been assaigned to the new carrier...
