For Liz - 'urgent'
Dear Liz, a new member contacted me through facebook, because she' s having problems with the registration to this forum. I forward her message, I hope you can be of help. Thanks in advance,

Here' s the e-mail she sent me:

hello,
I hope you don't mind me messaging you here, but I have been trying to join the Uveitis forum on EZ board, but cannot seem to get on. I am not sure if EZ board is having problems. I have tried emailing Liz but my emails keep boucing. I got through to someone on Dr Fosters site who forwarded my email to Liz and she emailed me. I have not been able to reply to her as they keep bouncing! Would you please be able to contact her and see if there is anything she can do?
The help page on ez board is not there so that is no help.
I have not received an email to confirm my membership and even when I ask it to send me my password, I don't get and email.
It is very frustrating!
If you can get a message to Liz, please tell her I don't have anything in my spam either. My emails come back with the following message:

The following message to <eirvin@comcast.net> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'www.facebook.com/l/ddafa;...omcast.net comcast www.facebook.com/l/ddafa;210.50.30.235 Comcast block for spam. Please see www.facebook.com/l/ddafa;...q/BL000000 '

I checked the BL000000 error but it is not that (it says me email server is not blocked).

Hi Aly,

I have no idea why your emails don't get though to me at comcast.net. I created a dummy email account on gmail and used that email to attempt to create an account here. I think the problem is that EZ Board, essentially, doesn't exist any more. It migrated to a new owner a while back, and most of the boards have been moved onto the Yuku platform (similar to Ask Dr. Foster). We had delayed migrating to Yuku for a variety of reasons, mostly so that members here would not be inconvenienced by the move. But, it is obvious, now, that we need to do that.

Long story short, you are not doing anything wrong. EZ Board has simply stopped registering new members. They want us to migrate to the new platform. I've wondered for a while why our membership wasn't growning.

I must say, Aly, that your persistance is simply marvelous. I can hardly wait to get you registered.

I've also written to you off board using the email I had for you.
