Funny How the Night Moves...
I was just curious. Last night I was thinking of those particular times when it seems like all the gears in the ultimate universe/multiverse/etc. just finally click together in such perfect position that you can see through them... In other words, what's your moment of clarity? Of "wow" and "oooohh" and "aaahhh"; your moment without language but emotion, expression. When do you feel the awe of just living?
I look at the stars. It feels like the sky is opening up sometimes... Or when it rains, day or night, the wonder of the water from the sky. Or when I've been watching the birds and suddenly I can almost feel one take off and fly...

I know exactly what you mean.
that hits me often in the midst of me doing lots of stuff....it kinda builds till theres this rythym and i can relax within it...even tho i'm really busy...its all in sync..
like a dance....and it feels heavenly.
there have definitely been specific moments, with people and in nature that stand out...
driving in my cousin's semi with him late at night on backroads in kentucky....willing the storm to follow us...and it seeming to...the completely surreal feeling of coming home of that whole experience...being completely in the present all the more so because of the fated feeling about it all....of being with my childself and all of me all at once..being in the place i loved most as a child,wisconsin...the half of my child hood where dreams live....by inch beach in southern ireland...the green mountains rising up next to the sea...the unbelievable clarity of the sky....the gentleness of everything, the feeling of being able to trust my surroundings...a very rare feeling for me..swimming....on my back with my eyes closed...feeling the lapping of the water against my ears... feelings of total understanding with certain people when it feels like theres total clarity...

I refound that feeling this weekend...
I was dog sitting in brooklyn and the apt. I was staying in was just so incredible....
It felt so wonderful to have a place fully to myself!
so at peace....like everything opened...as you said and i was just recieving, no need to strain or try....
last night back at home i looked at my bed it just looked so homey for the very first time. and i had wonderful dreams, they started to be scary but something in me wouldn't let them and the bad parts fizzled.

ah, i haven't felt it in a long time but it's such a relief when it happens...it renews my faith in life and spirit...i could use an experience like that about now..
i feel it when i'm dancing, sometimes i'm in perfect space between the music and movement and my body and the people watching and the other people dancing like we are all suspended in liquid and time
sometimes i feel it in dance class when everything is going right and i'm moving without trying so damn hard like i usually do
i feel it sometimes when i am giving a massage and i focus in and give attention to some minute feeling or a tiny knot in the muscle that seems to be the thing holding all of the pain together..... and again, there is that feeling of being outside of time and the person lets go of something deep and a rush of energy comes in
i have felt it kissing somebody that i love....i have felt it dreaming of riding tidal waves....i have felt it when somebody shared some 5-meo-dmt (i call it meow) with me and i was finally able to let go of fear and get cosmic (i recommend reading a book called dmt:the spirit molecule)....i'd like to feel it again soon

talking about this reminded me of a title that i once made up for a dance and then couldn't remember. i've been trying to get it back and here it is.

the title just reminds me of that feeling. ha, ha, i haven't choreographed the dance yet, but now i've called it, so it must come out!
Ah yes...
I have certainly noticed that when you can bring out that creative force in yourself, then it seems... to connect you to that energy. Sometimes the music just flows, coming from nowhere. That's the best time.
