 GMO Black Jack Tourney Today At Global
All you need is a Global Player account . Multiple attempts by a single player using multiple accounts are not allowed.
Timing The qualification starts Saturday 00:00 AST (04:00 GMT) and it takes 4 days until next Wednesday 00:00 AST (04:00 GMT). Cutoff time is 17:00 AST (21:00 GMT) for the first and the third day and 00:00 AST for the second and the forth day of the qualification. The Semi-Final and Final are played the following Friday (usually the last Friday each month). For exact dates and times please see the leaderboard page.
Prizes Qualification:
1st prize: $200 bonus
2nd prize: $100 bonus
3rd prize: $50 bonus
Semi-Final:
The 5 semi-final participants will receive a bonus corresponding to their semi-final end balance which starts at $200.
Final:
The winner will receive the premium prize: US$1,000 in cash. If the GameMaster wins, the the jackpot for the next month's Tournament is increased by US$1,000.
Minimum
Start Money Minimum start money is US$50, winnings can be kept and cashed out. Additional deposits are allowed, players can deposit as much as they want.
Winner Calculation The ranking will be based on the win percentage. Win percentage is net winnings in proportion to the deposits (start money + additional deposits + unparked money). Check the Leaderboard for the current rankings.
How to Play Start the software, log in, and select Blackjack, single player. During the qualification period there are special single player tournament tables named "GameMaster Tournament Qualification, 6 decks" (available with minumum bets $1, $5 and $10, Atlantic City rules apply). Start to play! No registration required.
A minimum of 50 rounds is required for a valid attempt.
The starting balance used to compute the win percentage is determined when the player makes his first bet. When a player enters the tournament table the first time with a too high balance, he can exit again, decrease his balance e.g. by parking the money and start again. Note however that unparking money during the tournament, just like new deposits, increases your start money and so decreases your winning percentage.
When the qualification ends, players still have 5 minutes to finish the current round. All games that will then still be unfinished will count as lost in the tournament, however they will be converted to normal AC games and players will be able to finish them normally, no longer as tournament games.
