I hit Gold's 2-3 times a week, and am looking to increase to 3-4 times. I can get there without incentive on the weekends, but weekday evenings are tougher--it's too easy to go home to my partner. ;-) Moderately heavy weights--my split is chest/tris; back/bis; shoulders--I don't do much leg work because I run pretty regularly. pilch62@hotmail.com
