Granny's Apple Pie GRANNY'S APPLE PIE ******************* 4 medium sized Granny Smith Apples 1 9-inch Pie Crust 1 cup of Sugar 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 tbsp. Cornstarch 1/2 pint Whipping Cream Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees. Grate the Apples into the Pie Crust. Do Not Mash Down!! Mix together the Sugar, Cinnamon, Cornstarch and the Whipping Cream. Pour over the Apples in the pie shell. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the Apples are test done. Makes it's own topping!! :) Edited by: Cathean at: 1/4/04 3:52 pm |
