Powers: Bio-Electric / Static Abilities:
Her body generates high voltages of electricity. This means she's unable to touch anyone without channeling electricity into their body. People aren't only shocked by touching her, Gwen also has the ability to throw her electricity to a distant target.
Electromagnetic Bio-Shield:
By focusing hard, she's able to form a barrier around her self that's made of electricity, anything that touches it is zapped with a high voltage current. She can't attack people with her electricity while using her shield.
Bio-Electric Super Charge:
Able to super charge her body with large amounts of energy, this increases her speed and reflexes to lightning fast, strength and stamina also increases greatly. This burns whatever food her body has stored twice as fast as normal.

She's quick and light on her feet, angel to sneek about easily without being seen.

Over the years she's become quite the theif, her natural talent which she often uses.
Break in and Enter
Another natural talent of hers, most of her wealth was gained by stealing valuable objects and selling them to the highest bidder. She has all the tools needed to enter the most advanced of alarm systems.
Security Override
Able to override most security codes with a blast of her electricity, she's able to operate systems or disable them without causing serious damage.
History:
The previous leader of the Inner Circle, then known as the Council of the Chosen, was a White King who threw the Council's financial and technological support behind Dr. Stephen Lang's attempts to capture superhuman mutants with Sentinel robots. Lang's endeavor ended in disaster, and Black Bishop Sebastian Shaw and White Queen Emma Frost seized the opportunity to turn the White King out of office in hopes of gaining more power. Shaw became the new Black King, leader of the Council, which he renamed the Inner Circle, and master of the entire Hellfire Club. As leader, Shaw worked closely with his ally Frost, the White Queen.
Shaw and Frost are both not only heads of major corporations but also superhuman mutants. They gave other superhuman mutants positions of power within the Inner Circle. Moreover, Frost was also headmistress of the Massachusetts Academy, a private school in New England for which she recruited adolescent superhuman mutants as well as the sons and daughters of the elite so that she might bring them under the Inner Circle's influence. It is at the Academy that Frost trained a team of adolescent superhuman mutants known as the Hellions.
Shaw's corporation, Shaw Industries, had a secret contract to build Sentinels for the United States government's covert Project Wideawake, whose goal was to hunt down, capture, and study superhuman mutants. Shaw hoped to use his position with the project for the Inner Circle's own ends. (None of the Inner Circle members are known to be mutants either by the United States government or by the general public.)
The Hellfire Club still exists and operates in New York City. Its Inner Circle still secretly consists of superhuman mutants in search of power, and it is headed by Sebastian Shaw's heir, Gwen Frost.
Gwen spent most of her youth attending extravagent balls and parties, wearing only the most impresive of dresses and jewelry. Yet in her entire life she has never touched someone without hurting them, this forced isolation among such a large crowd has greatly effected her personality and her desires for leadership.
She was often sad because of the knowlege that the only reason her mother survived giving birth to Gwen was her ability to shift into diamond form, easing the pain slightly and stopping her from being killed.
Because of this event, and other small accidents that had occured while she was growing up, Gwen insinctavly avoided people she cared about, leaving the mansion she was born in and buying her own penthouse overlooking New York city.
Gwen had decided to live in the massive pent house, which doors where opened and closed by the electric shocks of her hands, alone with only her butler.
Alouth not a day went by that she wasn't organising something for the InnerCircle, Gwen did a lot of things without the circles knowlege. Like stealing valuable items and selling them off for millions..or billions depending on their worth...of dollars.
Recently in the past few years the Black King stepped down from his thrown, well...most presumed he wa dead, yet a select few knew the truth. And Gwen took charge of not only Shaw Enterprises, but also of the InnerCircle.
She gladely accepted the mantel of Black Queen, yet many knew her as the Red Assassin, and it wasn't just because she wore a lot of red. One of her child hood accidents was the 'accidental' murder of both the Red King and Queen of the time. Although it was said to be an addicent by most members of the inner circle, Shaw had placed Gwen there knowing the accident would happen.
To many's suprise, Gwen has taken to leading the group exelently, her ability to command loyalty and her business skills match that of her fathers make her an exellent partner and leader.
Personality:
Gwen's got a high distrust towrads people after being used by her father to murder, Gwen isn't the type that can heartlessly kill, only if there is a purpose or reason behind it.
She spends her life convinsing herself she doesn't need anyone, yet at the same time wanting nothing more then to meet someone, her greatest dream is to touch a person without hurting them.
Likes: She enjoys charming the guys, stealing, winning, losing to a cute guy, showing off infront of a cute guy, getting a guys attention, toying with people.
Dislikes: Being alone, small rooms, quiet places, other girls
