HLA B27 Uveitis
Hi, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Janine and I was diagnosed with uveitis this past summer. My lab work showed that I test positive for HLA B27. Anyone out there with this diagnosis? I have been very fortunate in that my vision returned and I am off medication. So why am I writing? My eye still feels inflammed, even though it is not red. My doctor does not see any signs of inflammation during exams at this point, for which I am grateful. I wondered if anyone experienced this. Thank you in advance, and I'm already finding this group helpful, as I read a thread about family members which was enlightening. All the best to all of you,
Janine
