 Hello from Western Massachusetts!
My name is Amy, and I just found this site/resource last week, after being diagnosed with anterior nodular scleritis in my left eye. I was diagnosed with Behcet's in 2001, and doing very well with managing all symptoms until the scleritis came on suddenly. I have already scoured the 'ask Dr. Foster' postings for scleritis information, and I found the treatment options recommended there to be helpful. Thanks to everyone working behind the scenes to deliver such helpful content in a usable format. I look forward to making connections that will help me stay healthy!

As a scleritis sufferer, I hope that you will consider a consultation Boston if you have not done so already. It is a dreadful problem.

Where are you in Western MA?

Thanks for the speedy welcome.

I am in Greenfield, MA, at the crossroads of Route 2 and interstate 91.

I am seeing my primary physician today to start the process of getting a referral to see Dr. Foster. I am so thrilled to learn he is so close by.

You can make the appointment yourself. Just bring the referral information with you to the appointment. Given your situation, they are likely to see you quickly.
