Hair: A messy brown wad that has taken residence on his head, however it is fuller and glossier than mortal hair.

Other: Illidan was gifted in the fact that he has no true form, his fangs are also noticeably smaller than most vampires, but several times sharper, more for making cuts than draining blood.

Powers:
His relative young age for a vampire makes him weaker than some but he is still pretty powerful. While not all of these are avaliable to him right now, all good things come with time !((If you’ve read the Vampire Chronicles then you may see some of these as familiar))
Illidan posses all the normal vampire abilities, enhanced strength, speed, agility, intelligence, hearing, smell, and touch.
He also has the power to gain power each time he drinks, to grow stronger with age. Basic telekinesis allowing him to move objects with his mind, as well as some other basic psychic abilities like mind reading and mental projection. Even if he is burnt to ashes as long as his ashes are not spread he can return to his normal self, though thoroughly drained of blood. As he grows in age he will be able to beat his way into another’s mind despite their mental blocks. He will also gain powers of flight, however now he can only jump extremely high and stay suspended for a few moments. Also with enough power he will be able wound enemies psychically and, if they are weak enough, kill them. He can also perform something called the summons, a mental calling, it’s a gentle coaxing to do as the voice in your head asks, the victim may not always know what the voice is saying but the body obeys unless the mind can control it.
History:
Having been born to lower middle class parents Illidan's childhood was not one someone would envy. In his first few minutes of life he knew his parents hadn't wanted him. They favored his sister more, and since his powers emerged early he was even more of an outcast. His parents forced him to wear gloves and hand wraps, however they would come home to see the wraps in tatters with burnt edges. His sister would waste no time claiming he did it dilerbertly.
His early teens were no better. He was always looked down on because of his obsession with hygiene. Little did his parents know it was because of someone he met. He said as long as he was clean he would be Illidan's friend. However, every night he would wake up floating several feet off his bed. He hoped to hide this from his parents, but he knew it was only a matter of time.
Eventually his parents did discover that he would float durring his sleep. But he was amazed when they didn't shun this power. They said that since this wasn't dangerous it was acceptable. Illidan wanted to believe them but he knew better, he left later that day and sought help. When no one would take him in he resigned himself to living in the school he attended. Now it was Illidan's turn to be left out of the loops. This "new friend" had been levitating him so his parents would be sacred and kick him out.
While he lived at the school he met a strange young man who promised him power, eternal life, freedom from pain and sickness. Naturally he accepted, when the teeth first pierced his skin he laughed, laughed as he felt the cares of his life draining with his blood. When his new found master offered him his unholy blood he drank willingly. He held on until his master was on the brink of being drained completely.
When at last he let go he was amazed at what he saw. But when he looked at his master, who’s power he already equaled, he knew this being would hold him back. He decided it was best to wait and master his new powers.
For the first few years he merely adjusted to his increased senses and abilities. Seeing what he could and couldn't lift. Racing animals in the woods. Generally trying to gauge his power. He suceeded after about one hundred years, but he also noticed that his strength grew every time he drank and naturally with each passing day, while the increases were not much they were there.
Illidan then explored his psychic abilities, he detested them, they were to unnatural and tedious for him, but he found them useful when luring a stuborn victim. He refrained from using them as much as possiable. However they were needed ocationally. This too took him very little time but he was beging to lose track of what took how long.
He then praticed the art of luring a victim. Having fun playing with them before bringing them into his deadly embrace. He found prolonging a victims life much like sustaining an adrenaline high. When at last he knew he could survive on his own he began to plot his freedom from his pathetic master.
After 1,800 years since first become a creature of the night he finally decided to rid himself of the handicap that clung to him. They fought an epic battle but Illidan’s many years of intense study paid off as he came away the victor.
Personality:
Ever since his mortal death and immortal birth he’s been obsessed with death. It is usually the topic of his thoughts and his speech. Due to this strange habit he tends not to speak much, but when he does he means what he says.

Fencing, luring victims, scaring mortals.

Sample Post:
Illidan looked out on the vast night time world that lay before him, some day, when I am strong enough, I shall walk in the sun with mortals, drinking from them right on the street and all show know that the time of the mortals has ended and the dead have come to reclaim this world. He stood from the small ledge on which he stood, letting the dead body fall from his hands, he walked back inside the apartment and watched as his fledgling of a master tried desperately to handle the small child he was drinking from.
“What’s wrong with you lately, this is the fourteenth time you’ve failed to drink. Here.” His voice was filled with annoyance as he took the wailing child in his arms and smiled at it, it smiled back, mortals called this a “heart warming” moment, however his icy dead heart felt nothing. He slit it’s throat and tossed it to the other vampire.
He watched with sick interest as the starved fledgling licked every drop of blood from the child before going to suck on it’s neck. Illidan moved close and knelt down next to his master.
“Drink well grow strong, I’ll want a good fight.” His master’s eyes widened yet he continued to drink, knowing he was safe while he did. Illidan closed his eyes his eyes and read the vampire’s mind. “Oh, your safe now but it won’t last. I know how long it takes to drain a mortal.” His master finished and dropped the body.
“We end this then Illidan?” Illidan nodded with a sick smile. His master charged with a quick lung but Illidan was already behind him, he gave him a swift kick to the rear and skipped a few steps back, his hands behind his back and clasped together. His master turned around, his eyes red in fury. “I brought you into this world and I will take you out.”
“Fool! Death couldn’t stop me, what makes you think you can?!” He lunged forward in indignant fury and grabbed his master by the throat. He lifted the small man off the ground and slowly tightened his grip, crushing the neck of the weak fledgling. “I always was a Darwinist.” He took a lighter out of his pocket, he had been trying to build up a resistance to fire, and lit the weak being on fire. He took a few steps back and watched as it tried pitifully to scream through it’s half-healed throat. Illidan waited until there was nothing but ashes and swept them out onto the balcony were they were blown away instantly.
“Weak fool.” He turned and walked back into the apartment, grabbing what valuables he could and left. He made his way swiftly through the town to a pawn shop where he sold what he had taken and pocketed the cash. From the pawn shop he walked to a blood bank where he broke in a grabbed as many packets as he could. It’s going to be a long journey.
From the blood bank he went to his lair where he picked up his coffin. He stuffed it into a large trunk and walked out to his car. He threw the trunk into the back of his car and drove quickly, I need all the time I can get. When he reached his destination he got out and pulled the trunk with him. There waiting form him was a huge bus. The driver was waiting out by the door.
“You remember the rules.”
“Yes sir, Mr. Ryer. I’m not to do anything but drive; no one is to get on or off the bus no matter what.” Illidan nodded.
“Even if this bus is the only salvation from the apocalypse no one will get on. Am I clear?” The man nodded dumbly before getting into the driver’s seat and closing the door to the cabin. Illidan dragged the trunk to the spacious, and quite luxurious back area, he opened the top of both the trunk and his coffin. He closed his eyes and heard the thunk of the coffin lid and then that of the trunk, satisfied once he heard the clicking off the lock he fell strait to sleep.
I have read everything but the sample and one thing needs to be said: He is powerful... and I'm anything but certain whether he isn't even bordering too powerful for a newbie's character - even for one of the "older" players like myself.
First of all, we have put a hold on psychics, yet he possesses a variety of those powers, as well as shapeshifting abilities, literal immortality and what you hinted at as possible future powers would make him as strong or even stronger as the current big bad... although considering his incredible age, I doubt he would actually come to develop them here if he wasn't already short before gaining those powers.
Also, I believe you left out parts of importance. e.g. why was he floating? Where was the connection to hygiene? Is he a mutant with powers, has he been one and becoming a vampire rid him of those or does he possess them additionally? What are they? And how could he overpower his master so easily? After all, vampires tend to become stronger with age, so after those 1,800 years, his master should have become much stronger as well!
I really think your history part is too short! This guy is 1,900 years of age, you can't just say (mind you, this is a hyperbole) "he became a vampire and then he lived on for 1,800 years spending his time with killing and basically doing his thing" period. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way! We need to understand him, his motivations, his feelings etc. so since the past forms a character, we need to know at least some facts of importance! I doubt one can spend almost two millenia on this earth without having anything happen.
And finally and most importantly: In 123 a.c., Boston, Massachusetts -the USA in general - did not exist!
Hence, he cannot have been born there. Also, institutions named "High School" were established in the 19th century EARLIEST, I even think it's rather an invention of the 20th ct. At those times, the only known places which are likely to have had something resembling school were Greece, Italy (the Roman Empire), MAYBE China and middle/south America (Maya, Inka whatever), but I'm not that familiar with their history.
My apologies, but as it is now, I absolutely refuse to stamp the bio! It needs SERIOUS workover and I didn't even have to read the sample to tell you that. I know this is sounding very harsh, arrogant and whatsoever, but we although this is a fictional world, there are rules and basic logic that needs to be followed.

Doh! I knew I forgot something with the app. I had orginially started with a Mutant but then I saw you could be a vampire and so I just changed the app in stead of starting over. About the histroy, they have always been my weak point. If you don't mind waiting a few days I can give a much more reasonable app.
I myself was unsure of the powers, I probably going to remove the last pharagraph and as for the psychic abilities and shapeshifting I figured since they were standard to even the youngest vampires I figured it would be ok even with the hold.
About the time period your right, that was just dumb of me. Well I'll get to work. I tone down the powers but because the psychich abilities are such a major part of his character and they're kind of a basic vampiric gift do you really mind that much if I hang onto them?
This app was slightly rushed for me as I did it between exams. I will work hard on it to make it better.

first of all, it's great to see you aren't like... shutting down upon being criticised and willing to change your bio!
Of course, you can take your time for alterations and as for the power part, I believe the image of a vampire is a bit different here, think less Bram Stoker and more Buffy and you got it
however, I leave the decision to the admins. In my opinion, if you cut down his powers a little, those psychic ones would be ok as long as he isn't based/relying too much on them. we just have tons of psychics and I think you can understand that with too many of those around, it can quickly become boring.

Thanks for the well wishes, I've updated the bio and have hinted, not to subtly, that he doesn't like his psychic powers...in fact the only reason I have them is because this is based off my favorite type of vampire. However I am not familiar with the Buffy style of Vamps but I have seen Angel a few times.
