Hey Mark this Haley of the Carolina Jeepsters. When I was in your office a couple of weeks ago you said you would check Daniel for any projects you might want us to help with. We are going to be picking up trash on Saturday June 21st. If theres is anything else you would like done please let us know. We are meeting at the Daniel parking lot off 555 at 8:30 am saturday morning and hoping to be working by 9am. I've talked to Janet by phone some. She told me she is still tired easily. I can imagine. But if you could drop off some trash bags with her it would be very much appreciated. Also where would you like us to deposit the full garbage bags. Also will a ranger be there with us on saturday? or at least be there at the Trail head meeting Saturday? Just am not sure just how we laison and coordinate together. my list of volunteers for the Agreement For Sponsored Voluntary Services form is:

Great thanks. i've heard that you are full. if you can please get us at least 2 sites we'd appreciate it 3 would be better but we can make do with 2, one if we have to and failing that we'll make do with a spot in the woods. what ever you can do will as always be appreciated. i hope you are feeling better. see you friday morning. I am planning to come straight to arrowhead to see you. then if i have to i'll drop my trailer and cruise back to the ranger station in the truck to talk to who ever i have to. also want to ride the trail as mark suggested. looking for trouble spots. one other thing because of logistics i want to stay clear of that hunt camp meeting. i want to be working by 9am also. we are having an 8:30am meeting at daniel parking lot. would it be possible to have a ranger there to sign us up under the work weekend so ya all can get the money you deserve. I'm thinking i'll have 30 plus hopefully 40 plus workers. including kids. but they can pick up trash. and it is a valuable lesson to them on the need to volunteer and give back to the communitee. also why we do not litter. but i want to make sure you all get credit for us being there. working on your work weekend.
