Japanese Place of Birth: Sapporo, Japan Marital Status: Single Gender: Female but anitomicly incorrect. Age: 23 Birthday: May 11th Hair: Gray Eyes: Gray Height: 4' 11" Weight: 105 lbs
Other Physical Details: Kichi is definately not the most colorful of people, being a very pale gray, almost white in complexion. Her skin, hair and the irises of her eyes are of the same shade, lips a slightly paler gray, teeth white, and nails transparent. This is her natural pigmentation. Her hair is cut in a slant, the back being shorter than the front; the length of the back being to mid-neck in length and the front reaching to her collarbone. Kici has no fingerprint but her hands do have some sticky pads that rise out of her skin when she feels she has the need for them accompanied by strips of the same pads along the retractable webs in between her fingers.Her feet have the same trait. Other than that, they are totally smooth. She has a lean but strong muscle tone due to excersizing she does each morning when she wakes up and each night before she goes to sleep, her doing this so she has more strength to keep on walls and ceilings without too much trouble.
With clothing, Kichi perfers to wear clothes she can easily slip in and out of. She doesn't wear belts, jewlery, or anything that takes unnecessary time to get out of.
Kichi does not dye her hair, paint her nails, or wear makeup not needing to due to the fact that she could just use her abilities instead. She also refrains from wearing any purfumes and just sticks with keeping herself as clean as possable. Thinking that it is cleaner, she any hair she has except for her eyebrows, eye lashes, and scalp hair.

Personality: Kichi Etsu is a very animated person, her emotions clearly shown, her being easily hyped, her having a habit of acting out a lot of what she says. She is almost always happy and not easily saddened. When hyped up too much though, she will burst into rapid speaking Japanese with a couple of english words tossed in the sentences and adding an "Okay-ah!" at the end of whatever phrase she might have said, usually with a peace sign or a double thumbs up.
Kichi is a very touchy feely person especially when in more of a hyper or excited mood. This meaning that she hugs, holds hands, and other things like that at will. With people she feels more comfortable, they may recieve hyperactive hug-tackles, nuzzles, and kisses on the cheek amongst other things along those lines.
Her hobbies include kareoke, cleaning, cooking, excersizing, playing videogames, and playing with her abilities... and eves-dropping.
Likes: She loves bright colors although she also likes black and dark blue. Interactive videogames like DDR are one of her addictions but other things she has a hard time resisting are sweets, fast rides, kareoke, dancing, and playing around.
Her favorite foods are Gyoza (japanese dumplings), Sushi, Nikujaga (Meat and potatoes), Ramen, Okonomi ( A japanese dish that's kind of like a cross between pizza and pancake), Korokke (Japanese Croquettes), Tempura, Icecream, candy, grapes, peanutbutter cookies, tuna noodle salad, and Shepards pie.
Kichi loves animals but her favorite animal would have to be a kitten or cat... Although she views all felines as "Little kitties" weather they be a house cat or a Tiger or something. Her second favorite animal would be the gecko, her thinking that they are " just too cute".
Dislikes: Her natural complexion, glass walls, getting caught while trying to sneak around.
Powers and/or Skills: There is a reason she calls herself Gecko and that is because her abilities cause her to be able to climb walls and ceilings (due to the sticky pads mentioned in the Physical Description) and also because she can change the pigmentation of her body mostly by will. With the changing of her pigmantation, Kichi can make herself either blend in against surfaces she may be leaning against, crawling on, laying on, or up against in general. With enough concentration, she can make herself blend in to different textured effects like bark or concrete but it may be off be a shade or two. Kichi Etsu also uses the pigment changing ability to make herself look "more normal" instead of all gray as she naturally is.
It is easier for her to sustain the pigments she changes if there are not too many colors or if it is not too complex like grained carpeting or wood or something like that and if she has done that particular pattern before. As in if she had for example, made herself blend into a tiled ceiling before, it would be easier each time she did the same pattern.
Kichi Etsu Kameko can sustain the change of pigmantation not of her origional color for anywhere from an hour to two hours max for the less complex ones and ten minutes ot half an hour max for the more intricate. After that point though, she will lose her hold on the colors and go back to her origional coloration.
Something that she considers a skill is that she's strengthened and conditioned her body to where she could hold her body up while walking up or down a wall.... but she can't do that for too long and it is usually more of her showing off than anything when she does it usually.
History: Kichi was a premature baby by three months when she was born. The worried first-time parents were Miyoko and Kage Kameko. Needless to say, they were both terrified and shocked to see that their daughter was so pale but the couple both blames it on how early she had been born. Miyoko, the mother, was unable to have any more children so even when they realized that Kichi was different from other babies, the thought of putting her up for adoption didn't even cross their mind.
When news about the color changing baby went around, Kichi's parents were given many offers to sell her to different circuses and freak shows but they refused angrilly, just short of getting into fights with the people who were harassing them. Fed up, the parents took their child and moved to another part of Japan.
Luckily for Kichi, she was not fated to be isolated from others. At the age of four, she had discovered " how to make her colors match Mommy's". Due to the amount of pleasure it seemed to bring to her parents and of course her wanting the attention, she was encouraged to do it as often as she could although the three of them learned the limit in time and that it took her concentration to maintain the more normal look.
Due to the way Kichi learned to make herself look normal and due to the many times she had been yelled at to get off the walls ( her parents having learned her ability to climb walls when she first started to learn how to stick to them) she was able to be enrolled into school like a normal child, with the acception of her having to go to the bathroom or go off on her own for the breaks she needed.
At the age of sixteen, Kichi's life was changed as her parents had a devorice due to job issues. Kage was unhappy with Miyoko working and that the fact her job required her to move to America and Miyoko was too stubborn to give the nicely paying job up. Miyoko got custody of Kichi and the two of them went to America while Kage remained in Japan. Kichi wasn't happy about leaving Japan at first but as she became used to American life and customs, she grew to like both places the same. She managed to learn English almost to where it is hard to tell it wasn't her first language
Kichi had planned on moving back to Japan once she was 18 and no longer under custody of her mother but by the time her 18th year of life rolled around, she had grown quite accustomed to living in America. And besides that, her and her father had gone into a time of disagreement. He wanted her to get surgery, not necessarily a sex change since she didn't have any parts what so ever but to make her " a real person". His coice of wording had hurt her deeply and veered her away from the choice of moving closer to him.. plus it made her favor her mother more due to the way her mother seemed more accepting of her.
It was during her Junior year in Highschool that Kichi had first started going into the area of work she found was best for her. It had started as just curiosity of an e-mail that had been sent to her accidently, the e-mail being about a man who wanted to find out if his wife was really commiting adultry... But after having replied by telling him she could find out for a price and actually having the offer accepted, Kichi went out, did her job, then found that it was entertaining to her... Like some sort of spy game... After closing that e-mail account and opening another under a fake name, address, and fake age, she began opening herself up for more jobs, letting her advertizeing be just the spread of word by mouth form her clients.
At the age of 18 and not too long after graduation, Kichi moved out of her mother's house and went to live on her own. She gave her mother little information as to where she was going and what she would be doing there, figuring that telling her mother the truth would only worry her. But to assure her mother she was alright and happy, Kichi decided to call her a couple times a week and drop by for a visit every once in a while.
As the years passed and Kichi began taking up more complex jobs, she became more popular when people were in need of information or in some cases jobs as a thief. Her first few stealing requests were turned down by her but as they kept coming, Kichi started to accept that into her line of jobs... of course, those particular jobs being much more expensive. As she became more accustomed to that part of her life, Kichi was able to become more tuned with her ability and more aware of how to stay undetected although she did slip up time to time... But that was natural.
Sample Post: As she walked sideways along the wall, her back pressed against it as she moved. It took a bit of concentration to change her pigment up as she moved to match the pattern of the wall and she also had to be careful to keep the shadow to a minimum. As she caught sight of her employers, she crawled up the wall and onto the ceiling, climbing along the surface until she was almost directly over the small desk that the client waited for her at.
" I thought you said she's be here by now... You told me she's rarely late.. So where is she?" Gecko one man ask to the other. She grinned in amusement then pulled the pads in from her hands, letting her body drop to where she was now stanging upside down from the ceiling. Of course the pads on her feet protested violently, sending pain shooting through her feet and legs but to her luck, the stickiness didn't give out and make her fall. As she dropped, she released her hold on the pigmentation, slipping back into her natural grays.
" Well, I'm right here.... And the thing you stated... The things about my rarely being late well, add my rarely allowing someone to bring a tag-along with them to the list." She stated, her arms crossed and a slightly mischevious look in her eyes. Kichi pulled the pads up through her feet and allowed herself to drop, flipping a little to land in a bit of a kneel on the desk before standing slowly. " I said in the e-mail for you to come alone." She commented, crossing her arms again as she stepped down from the desk and onto the floor.
The two looked at her closely, glancing over her features in the way many did due to her differences from other people. Not caring to have the meeting drag on longer than it already would last for, Kichi changed her pigments so it could seem like she was wearing a black spandex bodysuit instead of being bare like she really was. They already stared enough at her coloration but when they saw she wasn't anitomicly correct, they tended to be much more distracted. She didn't want to waste the time, she wanted to get down to buisness so she could get the job done with and get her money. " So are you going to sit there all day gawking or are you going to tell me what I am here for?" She asked, grinning a little. (( Other information)) The conversation that Kichi had with her father that had hurt her had planted a seed in her mind, making her more uncomfortable with the fact that she doesn't have a "normal" body... She has the shape of a woman but is lacking the reproductive system, has no nipples, ect... Think barbie doll... except without the detatchable appendages or the perminantly attatched undergotchies.
Kichi has mixed feelings about her mutation, sometimes enjoying it due to her abilitiy to just sneak around and she has fun climbing walls and such but at the same time, there are parts of her mutation that she feels different about. For one, she hates the fact that her origional pigmentation is so bland.. Just shades of gray. She wishes that she had a normal look naturally instead of it just being so different from everyone else. Another thing she has started to actually dislike is the fact that she is sexless. She hadn't really thought about it until her father had brought the topic up as he had. She still tries to tell herelf that it doesn't matter to her but in the back of her mind, she sonders what it would be like to have had a normal body. To have had all the parts she was supposed to have.
Although Kichi never had any sexual interest or sexual attraction towards anyone, she has had crushes before and has fallen in love before but due to her physical features she never persued anyone. Another reason she never got into any relationships was because she figured that people didn't get into relationships that they couldn't get very far in. After-all, who would be interested in someone with the anatomy of a barbie doll? She stopped letting herself just fall for anyone around the time she was getting to her late teens but that didn't make her depressive or anything, she remained hyper, happy, and light-hearted..... This doesn't mean she won't slip up and get a crush on anyone in the future though.
Back to the powers thing... If Kichi had a choice on if she were to become compltely normal or stay the way she was, she would most likely choose ebing as she is, having been like that for so long and the upsides over-weighting the downsides in her eyes.

Would you be able to expand the history a little more?
She's 23 but the history ends at her learning English somewhere at the age of 16. Sorry, I saved the bio to read it offline and I - being so smart and brilliant - deleted it instead of another document..
Anyway, sorry for the slow response! Sounds like an interesting girl nonetheless. Peter Parker would like to know he isn't the only wall crawler in this country! *watches younger looking spiderman scurry across the ceiling*

While theoretically my comment isn't needed anymore, there's still something I'd like to point out. Have a read through her personality description... then through the last paragraph of her history. To me, it seems rather contradictory that she's got quite a bubbly personality but should kill without a blink, no morality problems. Also, her upbringing isn't overly negative except for the fact that her parents are divorced. You didn't give much information about her relationship to her mother (adding things here would be advantageous) but it doesn't appear to be lacking love either - normally, people would thus have issues taking lives.
I strongly recommend you to drop the assassination part of her job. If you wanted to give her some more illegal jobs than simple eavesdropping, why not let her steal things? This is more likely to not cause such a conflict with her personality, especially if it's from rich family's that "have enough anyway".
Please do consider my points... they may be essential for the character's credibility. Thanks.

As for the assassinating thing, I see where you're coming from... but still I find it quite illogical personality-wise. Personally, I'd prefer if you replaced this part with stealing things (and be it in the nifty Mission Impossible type of risky manner) cos that I could see tieing in with her apparently rather playful nature much better..
I'll leave the decision to you though... it's not essential enough to pin you down on it sooo now that you know my opinion, it's up to you
