Law & Order: Trial and Prejudice
Further into the CO storyline there will a string of trials held, groups of mutants will be put on trial and judged for aleged crimes they took part in. With mutants that have a criminal history this will be brought up, with mutants who don't false evidence and accusations will be made in order to get their guilty verdict.
Riley Finn will be part of this and be exposed as a wanted criminal and possible serial killer. The demons he was ordered to vanquish will be used as victims, as some demons has human personas and lived double lives. Professor Walsh will be called in as a character witness, trying to convince people Riley is really Marc Lucas, an identity the Initiative had created when faking Riley's death as a young teenager. Public records have him as Marc Lucas, not Riley Finn, so Riley will be vertually slaughtered.
Any other mutant is welcomed to be obtained by the authorities, usually this'll be best by getting captured on the streets. Remember, they have things working against them so most will get some pretty harsh treatment on the stand, Matt Murdock (DareDevil) And James Chadstone (Max's big brother) will be responsible for trying to save them.
IF you want your mutie up there on trail, you have to explain what you reckon they'd be on trail about, remember that it'll be public, and whoever is on trail will all be in the court room (or at least a small group) so that way whatever is revealed will be revealed to other members of the school.
All charges will be dropped (or so I assume) once the corruption is revealed, they'll be given pardons and parol, as an apology for the abuse of power that had taken place to capture them in the first place. But while the trail is on, things will be gritty and tough. Riley won't be part of the trail from the start, he'll arrive probably just as it starts, since he'll be doing other things before hand.
If you want to be part of that group, the date is not yet set but it'll be near the end of the CO, then leave your name, and explain what you want them charged with.
Angie: Riley Finn. James Chadstone.
Ann: Matt Murdock.
I'd like to involve Oz Daniels in this. The catch with him being that he may have actually committed a crime while his other personality took over so he's not sure whether he's guilty or innocent...and we all know that makes for a great defense in court lol. He'll be charged with the murder of a woman whose face and name he vaguely remembers from having met her earlier. Oz wonders if Hyde might have gone after the woman when he took over his body.
In actuality Hyde is, for once, not responsible because he has been meeting constantly with Geneve Harrison from the brotherhood and sharing a bed with her. Imagine the fun when Oz wakes up in the bed of a woman he's never before met.
Re: Law & Order: Trial and Prejudice
Allan could go up on trial, since his father was recently found dead, it was pretty obvious it was a suicide but since Allan has gone on record as having a bad relationship with his parents he could be tried for murder. His mother would even testify against him.
