Lithium
(Yay for new boring posts! ^_^)
John lay on his bed, staring up at the ceiling. He couldn't help but think of Dane lately. The details of their kiss kept flying through John's mind and he was going crazy wondering how Dane felt.
The lovesick John sighed and sat up, grabbing a hot pink acoustic guitar that was leaning up against the wall next to his bed. He pulled a neon green guitar pick (my pick is neon green, and I love it ) out of his pocket and started playing Lithium by Nirvana, singing along softly.

John dropped his guitar pick in surprise when the door creaked open.

Dane poked his head in the dorr first with a slight smirk on his face, "Sorry, did i scare you?" He stepped inside and sat beside John on the bed, "You're pretty good, you should make like a Nirvana tribute band or someth'n." Dane said with a slight laugh.

"You didn't scare me... Just startled me a bit..." John reached down to pick up his pick, then strummed his guitar while giving Dane a goofy grin. "Heh, thanks. There are loads of tribute bands, though. I'd probably drown in them."

John couldn't help but smile as he looked down at his guitar. "I'd rather lick Jack's ass than sing with Hilary Duff..." he laughed a bit. "I'd be happy to write you some cheesy love songs, though," he said with a smirk, his handsome amber eyes looking down into Dane's eyes in a cute and loving way.
After a moment of eye contact John tilted his head a bit as if he were deep in thought, some of his soft hair falling in front of his face. "Dane, what do you think about me?"

John blushed deep red and a happy smile crossed his face. "Really? I think you're funny and sweet, and I've been dying to kiss you again and just hold you close..." It felt so good to finally get those words out.

(The Lithium video is on my VF profile thinger... I love the song and the video so much. The video shows Kurt Cobain in all his awesome alive-ness. There's also this part I like in it where Kurt is kinda flung over the other guitarist's shoulders and they're both playing guitar. Frickin' awesome. *is a Nirvana fangirl* )

Dane closed his eyes, enjoying the long kiss. He stroked John's face like it was a fragile object, "You have nothing to worry about." He said softly.

John smiled softly and gently brushed a dreadlock out of Dane's face. God, he was beautiful. "I...I love you," he whispered.

"That doesn't sound retarded at all," John said with a smile as he gently stroked Dane's cheek. "I feel the same way about you." It was such a wonderful peaceful feeling; laying on his bed with Dane. He was savoring every moment of it, every little kiss and word making him even happier. Feeling rather cuddly, he layed down and pulled Dane close, placing sweet little kisses on his neck.
(I got the video to work! Weeeeeee! *plays with Kurt Cobain's hair* I also put some better pictures up and made my profile prettier.)
