Liz, How is your Shoulder doing?
Liz,
just hoping that your shoulder surgery went successfuly and that your PT is going well.
are you in allot of pain?

Hurts like the dickens, but going in the right direction. Sling for 6 weeks with passive range of motion out of sling (dangling your arm) x3 a day). PT can start about 6 weeks p[ost OP.

I do wish you a very speedy recovery. so you can get back to playing your cello and driving etc.

my back and leg have been acting up since before christmas with stabbing pain in my left leg radiating to my foot.
about an 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 - 10 when it happens. it can occur at any time doing any thing. I scream out and awaken at bedtime wakening Jan and making her very tired.
often happens 10 or more times at night.
neurontin doesn't help nor does flexeril or pain meds. surgery may be in store for me too.
