Personality: Lucia is quiet and resourceful, always planning ahead. As such, this is why she is an operation's commander for the Rebellion. She's more relaxed around allies she's known for some time, and considered Genette, Fireheight, the LEV pilots and her driver and gunner good friends. Anyone outside of her closely-knit circle of allies, however, she doesn't trust, which leads to problems sometimes during missions where she'll put people in danger because she doesn't want them around the others.
History: Lucia's hatred for BAHRAM is traced back to her childhood. During a small uprising, BAHRAM brought in mecha to quarrel them along with their armed forces. Any of the members of the attempted riot that weren't shot were tortured or crushed under the feet of the large machines. This included her father, and as such Lucia has a fear of Mobile Suits.
In the events that followed, the forces, angered that one of their officers was killed by one of the civillians via a strategically thrown rock to the temple, they began slaughtering and raping those that weren't in the uprising. Lucia watched from a closet as her mother was raped and then shot in the head, hiding under a coat. The next day, after the forces left, she crawled out and lay next to her mother, wrapping herself around the body.
She was found by a rebel group, who took her in and began teaching her tactics. She became a key member in their forces, as her knowledge in tactics was essential for many of their raids. However, when the war came around, they were killed and once again Lucia was left alone, before finding her current group. Since then, she's led vicious attacks on BAHRAM facilities, and has helped secure vital supplies for the Rebellion.
