I was thinking since DD doesn't have any kids at the school that I could make him 30ish?? Or is that too young since he knows Spidey! We can't all get that mysterious rejuvenating treatment you know (looks jealously at Spidey and Doc Occ)
Would DD be able to tell that Peter was younger when they first meet after the rejuvenation His heartbeat and voice would still be the same tho his reaction time would have changed. Could be fun!!

Powers: Daredevil possesses the normal human strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in intensive regular exercise.
Daredevil's only superhuman powers are in the realm of the senses. His sense of touch is so acute that his fingers can feel the faint impressions of ink on a printed page, allowing him to read by touch. (Might not use this I liked the limitations in the film)The rest of his skin is equally sensitive, enabling him by concentration to feel minute changes in the temperature and pressure of the atmosphere around him. Even with his senses of smell and hearing blocked, he could feel the presence of a person standing five feet away simply by his or her body heat and disturbance of air.
Daredevil's sense of smell is so acute that he can distinguish between identical twins at twenty feet by minute differences in smell. He can detect odors at an atmospheric concentration of 30 parts per million. He can also enter a room and determine if a cigarette has been smoked therein within the past forty-eight hours.
Further, his ability to remember smells enables him to identify any person he has spent at least five minutes with by smell alone, no matter how she or she might try to camouflage his or her natural odor. His powers of concentration are such that he can focus upon a single person's smell and follow it through a crowd of people at a distance of fifty feet.
Daredevil's sense of hearing is so acute that he can detect an acoustic pressure change of 1 decibel at a pressure level of 7 decibels (whereas the lowest threshold for average human hearing is 20 decibels). This enables him to hear a person's heartbeat at a distance of twenty feet, or people whispering on the other side of a standard soundproofed wall.
Daredevil can tell whether a person is lying by listening to changes in his heartbeat, and can identify people by the specific patterns of their heartbeats. Through practice, Daredevil is able to control his hearing acuity, mentally blocking out specific sounds like his own breathing and heartbeat, all ambient sounds to a normal human level of perception, or all sounds but a particular sound he is concentrating upon. If taken by surprise, however, Daredevil can suffer more distress from a painfully loud sound than an ordinary human would. Also, beyond a certain size, crowds of people create too many sensory impressions for him to easily sort through.
Daredevil's sense of taste is so acute that his tongue can detect the number of grains on a pretzel. His ability to remember tastes enables him to determine every ingredient of any food or drink he tastes, as long as there are at least 20 milligrams of that substance present.
Daredevil can also sense the proximity and arrangement of objects about himself. Daredevil developed this ability as a result of the mutagenic effects of his exposure to the same radiation that heightened his senses. Daredevil's mentor Stick and his pupils have a similar ability, which they term a "proximity sense," which, however, functions differently and which they claim to have developed through mystical means. The exact workings of Daredevil's version of the "proximity sense" are somewhat mysterious. According to one theory, Daredevil's brain has several regions which are able to sense consciously that portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that his brain constantly generates. The signals emanate from the "sending regions" of both hemispheres of his brain, travel outward, bounce off objects around him, and return to the "receiving regions" of both hemispheres. This sense has been termed a "radar sense," since, by this theory, it functions comparably to radar. Another theory is that this sense resembles sonar, and functions like the similar senses of bats and dolphins. According to this theory, Daredevil hears the faint echoes that sounds, even those created by his own body in otherwise near-total silence, create as they "bounce" off the objects around him.
It is possible that Daredevil's ability for detecting objects around him works by a combination of both these techniques. In any event, through this ability of his, Daredevil synthesizes a very close analogue of three-dimensional human sight. Its resolution could not be very fine, probably on the order of several feet at a distance of one hundred feet. Through simple repositioning of his head's sensitive regions over a space of as little as several inches, Daredevil is able to learn more from the incoming information than would seem possible. He is able to resolve the image of an average flagpole (a three-inch cylinder) at a distance of over 80 feet.
Other abilities: Daredevil is an Olympic athlete and gymnast, possessing extraordinary agility, endurance, skill, and balance. He has the acrobatic ability of a circus performer and the pugilistic skills of a heavyweight prizefighter.
Though he has studied various Oriental martial techniques as well as American boxing, Daredevil's fighting style is unique, incorporating movements and blows from many disciplines. Daredevil is also a highly accomplished weight lifter.
Weapons: Daredevil carries a single weapon, known as his Billy Club. As Matt Murdock, he carries it disguised as a blind man's cane. The cane separates into two parts. The section without the curved hook at the end contains a metal shaft and can be used as a weighted fighting baton. In the past Daredevil used the hooked section as a grappling hook, which contained a long cable. However, he no longer includes the cable or the necessary inner mechanisms for using the section as a grappling hook within this section of the cane.
History: Matthew Murdock was the son of "Battling Jack" Murdock, a small-time prizefighter who had promised his wife on her deathbed to make a better life for young Matt than the one he led. Hence, the elder Murdock urged his son to pursue his studies rather than become an athlete. Matt Murdock became an excellent student, but one day, after being taunted by others as a weakling, and mocked with the name "Daredevil," he decided to train himself athletically in secret, so his father would not know.
One day the young Murdock saw a truck about to hit a blind man. Hurling himself in front of the truck, Murdock managed to save the man and himself from being struck. However, a canister of radioactive waste materials that the truck was carrying broke open nearby and Murdock was bombarded by radiation. This unknown radiation blinded him but also mutagenically heightened his other senses.
Young Murdock later met a blind martial arts master known as Stick, who taught him how to use his augmented senses and trained him as a fighter.
Matt Murdock later attended Columbia University with Franklin "Foggy" Nelson, who became his lifelong friend.
In order to finance his son's college education, "Battling Jack" Murdock, now past his prime as a boxer, had make a deal with the promoter Roscoe Sweeney, alias the Fixer (who is not to be confused with the costumed criminal of the same name). "
Battling Murdock" was very successful under the Fixer's management, but did not realize that all of his fights had been "fixed" by Sweeney. Finally, the Fixer ordered Murdock to lose in his next fight. A highly honest man, who especially did not want to humiliate himself in a fight his son was watching, "Battling Murdock" instead won the fight. In retaliation, the Fixer had the elder Murdock gunned down by a thug named Slade.
The grief-stricken Matt Murdock finished his studies, and he and Nelson opened their own law office. Murdock was determined to bring his father's killers to justice, but could see no way of doing so through ordinary legal means. Hence Murdock decided to adopt the guise of a costumed vigilante, and called himself "Daredevil," the name with which he had been taunted years before. Murdock's heightened senses more than compensated for his blindness, and thus gave him an advantage in fighting criminals. Daredevil confronted and pursued the Fixer and Slade. Daredevil captured Slade, who confessed to the police. The exertion of fleeing from Daredevil gave the Fixer a lethal heart attack.
Murdock continued to fight crime as Daredevil but for a time he might have been considered closer to a vigilante than to a super hero. However he was helped to overcome this inner conflict by Spiderman whom he met while battling the Kingpin the most powerful figure in East Coast organized crime. The older and more experienced hero taught him that justice could be served without losing an intrinsic sense of right and wrong. It was a lesson Daredevil was never to forget. The two men became friends and know of each others secret identities.
Some years ago Murdock met and fell in love with Elektra Natchios, the daughter of a Greek ambassador But Elektra was finally murdered by the criminal Bullseye, and died in Murdock's arms. The death of Elektra, the woman he loved, had a tremendous emotional effect on Murdock which continues to this day.
Peter Parker helped sustain him through this difficult period. Now beginning to think of retiring from the super hero business due to his advancing years Spidey looks to Daredevil to keep the streets of New York free of crime in his absence.
Personality: Matt is dedicated and honourable. Sometimes doubting himself he never doubts his mission. He pushes himself to his limits and sometimes beyond. He never the less has a wicked sense of humour and an ‘ eye’ (no pun intended) for the ladies. He is charming and good company – unless you happen to be a criminal. He has dedicated his life both as daredevil and as Matt Murdock to helping those in need keeping his law offices in the seedy district of Hell Kitchen and taking on cases by their merit rather than by their financial possibilities. Thus he is not nearly as rich as a lawyer of his talent should be.
