Maybe ridiculous, but anyway...
During listening to "Plastic Spider Thing" I've noticed very big resemblance in tracks 10 & 11 to the two songs from "Still" album by Nine Inch Nails - 10 sounds like some remix of "Adrift And At Peace" and 11 like remix of "Leaving Hope".
It's very interesting cos as we all know that Coil was working with NIN in the past...
Is it only me who hear such likeness?

I hated that cd so much, I returned it the next day! So I couldn't tell ya, but I would bet you're right!

I believe you are correct in that they are NIN Remixes. The Leaving Hope one, if i'm not mistaken, is just played backwards. I haven't listened to that CD in quite some time.

yes, nine inch nails is definitely in there somewhere. the liner notes credit NIN, as well as psychic tv's the electric newspaper, steinbruchel and test department.

i have one of their home made sex ritual videos (read: pornos) and it's pretty hot. not incredibly artistically creative or well executed technically, but erotic nonetheless.

i think they are releasing a dvd of the plastic spider thing performance as well, which i can't wait to see. judging by the copious pictures on the black sun site, the performance is a real visual treat.
