Measuring Size Ok, I don't know if this is a stupid question or not, but I was wondering. When people measure the size of there muscles, do you measure cold or after you have done a workout. I do both so I can check my status of growth but I don't know which everybody puts on a profile or stats? DAnny in Arizona |
