JST123 Registered User Posts: 1 (10/9/08 7:42 pm) Reply	New Kid on the Block(Bike) I've just been given a bike by a friend who bought it but never bothered using it (it was too difficult!) and I would like to know the correct way to change gears. The last time I rode a bike it had 3 gears (don't laugh, it was the latest technology in them days:-)) and you had to stop peddling when you changed gear. Is this still the case and how do I change up and down the different spools. It is an 18 gear bike with a wrist grip changer with 6 options on the right side and a Low to High option on the left side. Any hekp appreciated.
