 Password Form
In order to obtain the password to any fan fiction forums you must provide the following:
1. Birthdate
2. Age
3. Name
These three things must be inserted into the "Assume No Liabilty" clause proposed to all new members requesting a password to any HOVA fan fiction forum. Please copy and paste the following when composing an email to request the password.
I, _________________ acknowledge that I am of 18 years or older. My proof herein lies in my birthdate which is _________, futhermore proving I am _____ years old.
I understand that Heaven Only ~4~ Vin's Angels assumes no liabilities and/or responsibilities beyond this point.
I've responsed truthfully and honestly in accordance with the board adminstrator's inquiry and in doing so I release her and all HOVA members of any wrong if in fact it is discovered that I falsely obtained the passoword to the fan fiction forums.
Only I can be responsible for what I read, view and discuss while visitng the HOVA community, all the other HOVA members are impartial.
