Powers: Shape-Shifting:
Able to shift into any humanoid form, if she turns into an animal she will still have a humanoid shape, much like a werewolf and such.
Super-Charge:
Able to send an electric current threw any one or anything she touches at will.
Magnetic Summoning:
If it's metalic she can draw it towards her, or if it's huge, she would go flying towards it, she can focus which object she wants to cause a magnetic pull with.
History:
Born to the mighty Magneto and Mystique, Phoebe does her best to try and live up to their names, but since they are so famous she often finds it difficult.
She often does things that are reckless and not often planned out in her attempts to impress her parents. She isn't aware she has a sister but knows she has an uncle who Mystique secretly still loves.
Her greatest dream is to live peacefully with her own family, yet she's been raised to believe that the only chance for that is if humans where forced to live in their rightful places under mutant rule.
She doesn't speak with her father, he's far too busy with his plans for world domination to seem to care about her, so she spends most of her time with her mother, and handling special missions her mother trusts only her own flesh and blood to handle.
Personality:
Always thinks she right, and if she follows the orders of someone else she thinks she's being very generous and should be repayed if she helps someone. She doesn't like to think of what might happen should the humans round up her family, and fears that one day she'll be seperated from her mother if the humans get what they desire.
Likes:
Family, altering her form, playing with other mutants and testing her abilities with them, looking out for her new found little sister, even if they are on the oppisite sides.
Dislikes:
People who think she can't handle responsibility, who think themselves above her, who threaten to take her away from her family, not being told she has a younger sister.
