Please list your rough ideas for the CO here..
Firstly, I may start to sound impatient, but I'm not, I'm in a rish to go visit my new house and I just wanted to get this down..
I want people to think about their timeframes with their storylines, when whatever they plan start and if possible, when they think it'll start to wrap up. I'm not asking for people to plan ahead every detail if you can't or don't want to, that's fine, but something along the lines of 'We're planning this and it'll begin at this point, and go for about 3-5 days', that way all involved know the timeframe they work with. Remember, you may be coming up with the story ideas, but other people will be involved and others will have a thousand and one other plans lingering in the back of their minds that they need to sort out.
I'll get to work on a few ideas some of my groups had, but no one is getting back in touch with me about their main plans.. it's really hard for me to know what I'm doing, as I play both the big bad and any number of random students and NPCs, and yet I have no idea who'll be where when and what state they'll be in. I appreciate those few who've set up threads to introduce their story, but I'm rather sure there's a whole lot more planned then that. Remember, if you want to keep it out of public attention, email me the details and you don't need to go into full detail about every inch of the story, just some basics.. What is going on, when, with who, how long. Do you guys need NPCs, I know people can control them if they want, but I also don't want them going out of character.
I also know some people have all this grand plans, and there's at least one or two who briefly mentioned soemthing that has me saying...um, not really possible, as I've mentioned somewhere else, at another point long ago, that they'd not be able to do something like that.. for whatever reason.
Now, since I try not to name names when I post these things, I get back every odd person's comments thinking I'm pointing them out, even people that aren't playing on the board anymore thing I single them out. And while I am talking generally here, there may be people I've talked with that have plans that I don't know will flow well...or logically, those people who are right now thinking 'oh she's talking about me' should swing by and prod me to discuss whatever niggling problems are there.
There is no reason for the CO's delay save for the delay people on the board themselves are causing, and I know some are wondering if this'll ever come around, it'll come a lot sooner if people help me iron out the details but talking with me about their plans and not just assuming everything and anything is ok as long as you know what you're doing, than somehow Angie will know all as well. I like to think so too, but not gonna happen
The longer it takes for a majority of people to come and talk to me or list down their initiatl plans for the CO, the longer the CO will take to arrive. The longer people take to post in their current threads, the longer it'll take to arrive. The more time multiple people ask for a delay for another month, the more longer this'll take. I thought that'd be obvious, but I'm picking up that people aren't aware of that. If everyone posts once a week, then we obviously wont finish off most of the open threads we have.. so it'd be silly opening threads that would require all our priority attention, that also rely on knowing what happens in the threads that are not yet finished from earlier in the storyline.
Love you all, remember to get back to me with your initiatil ideas for the CO so I can ok them, know of them, and add them into my plans. Dan and I are polanning the big bads here, that means the two of us need to know a lot of what's planned and going on, plus Ann and I will be playing out the court room, so again, I need to know all that side of the thing too, remember, I'm everywhere, and I need you all to help me know what's going on in every corner of the board so that I don't do soemthing that makes what you plan impossible or illogical.
For example, poor Matty's waited all this time for the CO to come, and his grand plan of blowing up random rooms is a tad difficult for me to allow (though he hasn't gotten back to me with finer details to sway my mind XD) since I planned on all captured students to be collared and have their powers supressed chemically if they're too powerful, to stop any risks of some getting off their collar and blowing up the school or interferring with my plans I have i nmotion. Too often someone pulls a wild card and blasts away all my ideas with a rather silly random heroic act that borders illogicalness and cliche-ness that I sigh and have worked out a lot of bugs to help stop such thigns from happening. The only reason Pyro would be able to set fire to the school is because I'm planning that in with my ideas and know when would be the perfect time for that to happen. Now, if Matt gets back to me, there's a chance we organize soemthing along the lines he wants, if he dopesn't, he don't get flashy boom boomness, now Matt didn't realize he didn't talk to me, which is why there's a problem now, so don't be a Matt, take charge, come see me! -waves advertisement banner around at Matt's expense- >.>

*folds arms* ... *is tempted to hold up another banner reading 'but remember Angie's memory and make sure to keep a log for later use'* It could well be that I told you while I was down in Greece, but the surroundings might have made you forget. Then again, seeing as my own memory is equally bad, I might have just forgotten it XD
Kane Munroe - Tempest:
No specific plans so far. All I can say is that he and Murray Grey/Curse will be put in a holding cell right after the attack. They might escape at some point, but considering their relative lack of motivation, it could well be that they just sit around in that room and wait till it's all over XD
Aurora Garnet Ferelle - Circe:
You know better than me what'll happen to her. XD
After she's through with that, there're no plans for her. No major threads or anythin - she's been put down as supporting whoever needs help. Gonna mobilise her father, get him to discreetly use his influence to make things possible...
Rogue:
Again nothing specific. She was supposed to team up with Magneto but since Blue has left, that ain't gonna happen. *pats poor southerner* So... she's plotless until further notice. Probably gonna join up with Storm at some point.
Ororo Munroe - Storm:
She'll organise what I like to call "The Last Hope" (because X-Men like to be cheesy like that XD) - the assembly of whoever she can get in touch with/gather to strike back. This isn't necessarily a group of fighters as she knows they can't just go BOOM and everything's fine again. It's not only A.Corp. they're up against but also the government, so first they've got to be cleared of all charges etc. meaning this will be a group mostly concerned with organising intelligences, planning and plotting, doing detective work etc. As there'll be a group she'll escape with (being her organisy self), this starts right off and go on to the end of the CO unless something unexpected happens.
Matthias Evans - Contrast:
I thought we had agreed on some general "Make up as we go along" approach but if that's not the case, I'll talk to you about it on MSN.
Timeframewise, he'll be in a cell/room for about 4 or 5 days, I'd say, before things happen. As from that point on a lot will depend on how the board situation develops, I can't say more than that he'll eventually want to see Max and that he'll eventually join Storm's group... nothing more than vagueness there though.
Mareesa Williams - The Drama Queen:
She'll contact The Last Hope at the end of week one. Maybe the (SWAT XD) team that infiltrated the Brotherhood's HQ found files on her with a permanent address of something and came after her? Everything depends on character interaction then. She might stay there or return to the BH, betray one side or the other... we'll see.
My general approach is to not plan every detail in advance. Been there, done that... and found out it's much more fun and interesting to go with the flow and see where it takes you. Like with Rogue, there just came a point where I felt it would have meant going out of character to bring the thread to a "happy ever after" type of end - so I'd just like to not sett it all in stone but keep it as vague as it is to have some freedom in terms of character development.
My alter ego might not snap out of his craze for a while, or something happens that clears his mind right away. Mareesa might feel sick seeing all that comradeship among the X-Men... or she might feel drawn to it as the one thing she's missed at the BH. It all depends on who they meet and what will happen, triggered by other characters. Considering the CO's trackrecord of planned out plots that will never happen because people decided to leave us, I think it's better (for me at least) to only be definite about things I can be sure of rather than plotting with too much detail only to realise later that it's just not doable.
I hope that's ok...
For everyone comes the time when they have to take over responsibility. It stands to argue whether there is also a time when they can get rid of it again.

Right, here's my general plan - Somehow (up for some laterations) the group gets together (Rachael + Fred in dorms, the other's I'll leave for you to sort out) and hopefully make off with a car. Rachael knows an old abandoned shop she'll take them to *eventually* (maybe immeadiately. No plans for anything else before hand so I'm open to suggestions) and I'm thinking they might end up staying there for awhile, little bit of stealing, maybe entering the second week they break into a swimming pool to wash etc. Then, near the end (maybe a week from the end? Again, open for debate) either they will have moved on to somewhere else, or perhaps they are about to (someone notices the shop is being watched or something? annnyway)... They end up in a fight with a group of *someones* who are looking for them (police? Anything really provided their not uber powerful lol). Escape to somewhere else for awhile again, till circumstances cause them to need to head back to the institute (maybe a week after the fight. Not too long. lol). But most has been discussed and any filler time is all character building. I'd like to do first night certainly, and a few other random events, but generally thats it lol.
Hannah:
Honestly? Other than somehow making it to Narnia, I don't know. Playing a little by ear so I'll see where the story line goes ^^
Wesley:
Oooh Angie! We need to organise. Anyway, Wes, whilst protecting Hannah, gets captured by the government, creates a fuss in the cells (anyone in the cells want to find out he's an FBI agent? Could make life a little more interesting) and at some point meets Darien (aka I-Man Beta). But no immeadiate 'Daddy!... Son!..' Scene lol. All fun.
Sue:
Change of plan, some how Sue meets up with Chris and takes him safely out of harms way... and from there I don't know... again, we need to plot if we want to RP that Angie.
Jake:
Will probably not be brought in till the end of CO anyway, and he'll be amking his appearance at the BH - wolf in tow. Even if it's only a short stay while he works out what to do with Racheal...
So nothing much that wasn't known lol. ^^

Ah...I really haven't played long in...anywhere, and I really didn't have anything in mind, just playing it by ear and offering whatever help I might give.
Isaura da Costa- Um...I THINK she's supposed to be on the run with...was it Dan? Anyway...yeah...no idea if anything was in planned.
Lenora Delaney- Also supposed to be on the run, but other than that, unclear on plans.
Kiana Tierney- Well, she's young...is there a chance she could tag along with the Narnia group somehow?
Anyway, overall, please no one kill me for being so vague with everything, and I'll edit when I start figuring out a clearer idea of what to do. It's probably a bad sign that I'm still trying to figure out grouping...

Armaan will first be stuck in an anti-mutant riot in downtown. Being all sandy and awesome, the Afghan will loose his powers halfway into the riot and will have to find a way to escape the Agents who want to hunt him down and use him for their testing. He will barely escape, and will return to the Mansion. Being Armaan, he’ll be too afraid/too shy/too much of a teenager to really raise an alarm, and will simply try to blend back into school life.
Little does he know that the school will be soon attacked. Turning into sand and weaving through the school, he will stumble onto Jess and Kaitlyn, and will escape with them to New York. There, Jess will remember how he has a brother, and Alexander will join them in their escape (i.e. helping them hide, finding shelter, kicking baddie ass). Somewhere down the line, Armaan and Kaitlyn will be separated from Alexander and Jess, and will have to fend for themselves. Maybe they’ll find a rescue team and join Storm in trying to retake the school.
Alexander Walker: Midas
Alexander will leave the school after Parent’s day and will return home to New York. Somewhere down the line, his brother will contact him, and Alexander will get caught up in the chase. Trying to help his brother and the others, he will take them through New York, and will help them evade (and fight) the baddies. After Armaan and Kait get separated, Jess and Alexander might find themselves in more danger (probably a visit to jail or something?…Chels?) …or something. Chels and I haven’t planned that far. We will. Soon.
(The Above two are suspect to change after Chels and I talk)
Gambit:
He will be caught at the institute trying to help mutants escape. He will then be thrown into a jail cell with his AU son, and they will talk/bond/bicker whatever. I’m not expecting him to escape or anything, so he’ll just have to be rescued.
Hossyen Bokhari:
Through their contacts in Lost Angels, the group will get into contact with a Vampire Hunter by the name of Hossyen Bokhari (an AU version of my most beloved Hoss). Although the world is overrun by Vampys, him and his ‘partner’ (a werewolf by the name of Az), will help the group as much as they possibly can, and will offer a source of protection and guidance in the tough times the group will obviously see.

This plan hasn't changed, I'm still aiming to have him, Michael and May stuck in the walls of the school for the duration of the crisis. (Unless some wonderful oportunity presents itself... something to heroic to pass up lol.)
Pyro:
Will lose it when the school is attacked and end up burning down a whole wing before being captured and put up for trial. Which means that he can become cell mate if they need one.
Eva and Nick:
No plans for them. So Eva will stay in Wired and Nick will go back to the bat cave. If anyone needs them just ask.
Eliza:
Ok only vaguest possibility here, but she may end up tossed into the dimention where the real Scott Summers is and help bring him back. It's still being discussed.

*minor updates May 25th 2007*
Jess Mariano - After the alarm Jess quickly grabs his stuff and takes off. He uses his mutant powered no when asked to come with someone and on his way out he somehow runs into Eleanor Paige and Armaan and the three escape to New York, Jess' home and a place where he feels comfortable laying low. On the way he remembers his brother, who recently payed him a visit at the institute, and Alexander joins them. Somewhere along the line the brothers get separated from Eleanor and Armaan. Danger ensues... more detail to come.
Eleanor Paige - She runs into Jess in the halls during the attack and is wisked along to New York City with Armaan and, later, Alexander. At somepoint along the way they will be forced to fight and she'll also tap into her second power that she doesn't even know she has and that will unlock some doors and leave some questions for when she returns. It will also lead to her finding out about her condition.
Drian Macneil - A premonition gives him advance knowledge of the attacks but only just before they happen. He leads his team away from their dorms but they are ambushed and Drian, knowing they aren't strong enough to make a stand, makes them run for it. In the chaos he meets up with Spike, who helps him fight off enemies, and Porter, and they teleport to Lost Angels.
There Drian rejoins his old group of rebels who find that things have changed. His best friend and second in command is now a tired leader and some friends have died in the battles. There are members of the resistance he has never met before as well. Drian will experience a great deal of doubt about where his place is in the world and some guilt over what he feels happened while he was doing nothing in the New Evolution universe. His group has grown up without him and he'll have to figure out whereabouts he fits in, and whether his place is in Lost Angels or New Evolution.
Lily-Rose Warner - I think I need Katie and Angie's imput to know what's going on here. Basically she takes a part in Narnia, not sure exactly where that is going or what detailed thingies will occur.
Fred Mason - Fred bumps into a leaving Rachael in the dorms, basically in the calm before the initial storm. Stuff happens and gets underway and there's a car and the rest of the group gets involved and Rachael takes over control. *follows Rebecca's lead* Along this long and complicated journey she gains respect for the feline morpher and develops the first Exiles friendship with Rachael while gaining something resembling friends in the process. See? There is a happy ending...only it's not an ending but you get my drift.
Tessa Macneil - After being evacuated from the Green Rescue Force dorms Tessa, wishing desperately that she was with Scott, teleports to the fairyworld where he is and comes face to face with an older and more mature Scott. While there she discovers a great deal about her heritage and the fairy realm and learns much about Scott.
Victoria Fitzbruin - During the attacks she watches Jason die and is first hit with pains of regret that she held things against him and that they weren't happy like they could have been. A certain amount of guilt, a great amount of loss. She takes time off from the brotherhood emotionally and later physically, disappearing back to her life as her rich father's spoiled daughter but finding that shallowness no longer tastes so sweet. She has always defined herself in terms of others and has to re-evaluate everything. The question is who is she and where does she go from here basically.
Max Mackenzie - not sure - I'd like him to have it a bit difficult but I'd also like him to have use of his powers.
Trevor Morrow - personality and appearance are being changed in the bio shortly because I love his powers and history but don't have a grasp on him. I want him probably in the wild though in somesort of either group or situation. Possibly District X or Daredevil's Lair. Somewhere where his powers can be used.
Julian Edwards - He's in with Rachael's group and will be somehow meeting up with them. He'll probably have to let loose with his powers that he has kept such a tight rein on but he will grow to exert more control over them and have more confidence in himself and hopefully he'll grow close to Faith in the process.
Murray Grey - Matt and I need discussion on this one but he'll be in a cell with Kane. They'll be moody as usual
Minor Type Roles if Played at All:
Geneve Harrison - Just a minor role but she's there to play the mistress type as Oz oneday wakes up as his normal self naked in bed beside a woman he's never met before - Hera. I'm also hoping to slowly get Maverick up and running during this period. The Criminal Offences and picking on mutants will add fire to her cause and she'll end up recruiting. She also will later play a role in becoming a foil and mate for Charlie Coffrey of the Brotherhood.
Oz Daniels - Probably not going to be played but he'll be referred to. If is played it will be in a very minor role capacity simply because I want him fraaaammmed. The real mystery (sort of like that Beauty and the Beast episode of Buffy where Oz isn't sure if he's guilty or not) is whether or not he has actually committed these crimes but doesn't remember them because he's been his Hyde self for a few days. As it turns out he has an alibi, it just isn't one he likes all that much - he's been sleeping with a woman he's never met as his Jekyll self - a woman named Hera.
Tobe Pryde - no clue so conversation with Katie must ensue.
Emery Gainsborough - not sure yet - She will probably not be played but diary entries and experiencewise she may or may not have gone to an AU where the brotherhood have won out.
Not being played:
Lexi Moore - her sense powers got her out and free and she's helping in the rescue efforts.
Johnny Smith - attempting to use his connections in Maine to the authorities, the church and his wealth to help the mutant cause and rescue efforts in his own way.
Aisha Munroe - on her mother's side with "Last Hope" fighting and worrying about her 'brother' Drian.
Ryan Warner - held by the government but not hurt, just held. This because he wanted his daughter to get away safetly as she goes go away with Elaina to Narnia. At the end after she comes back safe and sound he;ll probably end up with more respect and gratitude towards Elaina and they'll become closer as a result.
Christine Donnelly - probably held in a cell but not harmed.

-Takes in a deeeeeep breath- Riley Finn - Main Character
To be honest, no idea what's going on with him, Riley will be around the school initially, but with people coming and going, it's been hard setting up his timeline, because everytime something's plotted out, someone leaves or alters things and he's left behind. So.. hmm.. I don't know where he'll even be when the attack starts, Riley's basically going to be thrown in there somewhere, I'll talk around and see what can happen, I've only played him up to Saturday morning. A lot can happen in just over 24 hours xD
Connor Enright - Main Character
With his kitten 'Lucky' in tow, Connor's going to start off in the halls, managing to get possibly thrown out a window where he stumbles across Racheal and others trying to escape the chaos. Convinced his family was save and would get out as well, Connor decided to retreat with them, they needed him to drive, and he needed to get away from the horrificly loud noises. Gradually Connor gets drawn to Racheal as she leads them to safety, though everyone -even Connor himself- are forced to deal with the volatile feral and his peculiar habits. Hopefully Racheal will see beyond them though, he's going to struggle hard to try and overcome his issues, and in the end, hopefully he'll realize a few things not only about himself, but about the others around him. The guy really needs to open up and let in some new friends.
William Masters (Spike) - Main Character
Spike goes to Lost Angels with Porter and the rest....... I'll play by ear with him. It should be interesting.. he'd be with the very people he had been trying to kill just over a year before hand.
Scott Freeman - Main Character
Chels and I must talk! But yes.. using Scott's ring that he gives her (magical of course xD) she'll be able to enter the fairyworld! Ogres and goblins and pixies.. oh my! xD
Max Chadstone - Main Character
...so yeah... he does stuff... starts in the school, gets his X-gene tampered with so on top of his 'hardens to stone' ability, Max will have Geokinesis/absorbtion as well... nothing like raising mountains from the earth or whatever.. more thinking along the lines so far that if his hand gets shattered in stone form, he can absorb elements of rock and such and reform his hand. In any case.. yeah. not sure what happens from there.
May Parker - Main Character
I know Karen has some ideas, so May will mostly be following Michael and Ben's lead, she'll hopefully start opening up, sharing some secrets, who knows... I hope May comes slightly more out of her shell.
Charlotte 'Faith' Church - Main Character
With Racheal's group! Learning how to survive and dealing with people, when Faith said she wanted a challenge in life, she never ment this! Hopefully she'll learn to handle her abilities a little more and gain confidence in herself... and perhaps develope something with Julian.
Lorne - Main Character
-shifty look- He won't spend his entire time in a tank, that's all I know! Ideas are welcomed.
NS-5 (Sonny) - Main Character
Initially will wander the school trying to follow the orders the rest of his kind were given, but unlike the Solider droids, Sonny's reactions to what he sees tell him that not everything seems right, and his personal feelings begin to guide him. Eventually Sonny will find himself trapped with T1 and avoiding the school attackers.
Emily Finn
Not sure where she'll be... or if she'll be played, I wouldn't mind it, and if anyone has any ideas feel free to shoot'em out. She's 13/14 and her mutant powers will activate as soon as her/someone's life is threatened... though her powers require there to be shadows.
Joshua Guthrie
Starts off as a captive, Zira and I need to talk, her Kichi charrie was going to break him out and they were going to go from there. Not sure how things are at the moment, so we'll talk, plans may change...
X-23
Is involved with Narnia's group, she will hopefully start melding with the others of the group, she's a child really, but regardless, she's a fighter too. This might prove to give her the chance of showing her skills when they really count, in the process, perhaps she'll learn a little more about how to interact with others and open her heart a little.
Anna Drake (Frostbite)
Possibly 'dies', due to a spell Cole doesn't realize it's true effects and instead of killing her (and Madison and Garnet?) he instead rips their souls LITURALLY from their body, turning them into wandering spirits while their bodies remain in some form of deep stasis.
Arlen Sachiel

Or running about the streets, or both... he hates mutants, he hates them so much.. the initiative have completely and utterly brainwashed him, anything not purely human (including mutants..) are abominations to be dealt with, and possibly, destroyed!

Michael will be involved with the Ben and May.
Cyclops will get himself killed.
Beast and Logan are due to get captured after some heroics.
Matt Murdock will drop round the mansion during the attack and get people out if that would be helpful.... he also has a spare room or two back at his place if anyone needs it. Later of course he'll be in court defending all and sundry.
Crystal... no idea.. depends what happens with Amber.
And as for George...... well where do you think he'll be? He's looking forward to 'helping out'

Goes to District X..Other than that? Dunno. Probably worried about Dave if he's not among those in District X. Her fears will be visited here and she'll kind of become a bit closed off as she goes back to survival mode after working so hard to come out of it. So, I guess she'll have a personality change for a bit.
Nadia LeBeau
Going to be in Narnia through Fable's portal. I think she'll befriend Alice (X-23) and such.
Julia and Nic Rasputin
Works in progress, I know. Have to talk to Chels about them.
Elaina Griffin
Well, she's the one that opens the portal to Narnia, so I think it is safe to say that she'll be with the kiddies and students

I believe she'll be in the group on the run that helps free those that are captured and all.
