Just following Angie's advice, and posting this up here.
Effectively I've been doing some thinking into the details of Jinlo's mutant powers, or more precisely how to further explain them, because at the moment, the reason how she is able to to affect people as she has done in the past, IE with her old manager's death by brain siezure and for the moment looking to redefine her powers for the purpose of better understanding.
There are a few ideas that i have but i feel that the best one to sum up her abilites would be this
Psychokinetic: Similar to what the character Alice possessed in the later two Resident Evil movies. The basic run down would be that Jinlo possesses the ability to affect people's well being by the use of telekinesis, but on a minimal scale, not of the level that she would be able to lift any significant weight. She would only be able to affect miniscule wieght or mass, such as a blood vessle or such.
In addition to which the psychic element only extends as far as influencing the mind on the subconcious level, not by way of implanting subliminal suggestions to go and take a walk, or such. But her reach would only go as far as say the pain or sense receptors of the person's mind, for example she is able to influence a person into feeling nausious, have a cramp, ache, to which the severity of which would be dependant on how strong she concentrates, so for instance the weak concentration would cause a person to flinch or stop momentarily, where a stronger concentration would potentially cause a person to buckle over in agony etc.
To which what i intend on doing over time is have her gradually increase her potency in her abilities, so now she's at the stage of creating slight discomfort.
But in addition to her gradually becomming increasinly potent in her abilities, but to develop them so that they would be more in fitting with her personality, by which instead of inflicting pain she would be able to reduce it, say if someone had broken their leg, suffered a gun shot wound, she would be able to ensure that they are comfortable untill they are able to recieve adequate aid or treatment. So a kinda metal morphine, of sorts, that or be used to help treat some one for their pain who is allergic to medicinal methods.
Just want to figure out if that is acceptable, or not, or if there are any other ideas for improvement.
I personally like the idea.
I've always loved unstable characters, and its pretty cool that you're trying to fit her into her personality, and have her powers evolve.

Generally, that sounds fine to me... but there is one thing we should consider:
telekinetically manipulating something very small that you cannot see takes much more focus and control than moving larger objects. Imagining a glass flying around the room is doable, but very few people really know what enzymatic receptors look like, let alone could picture how to manipulate them in order to achieve certain things.
Also, that sort of control would ultimately mean that she could kill someone by will by simply blocking a set of vital nerves or blood vessles.
That's not to say you couldn't play it with a psychokinetic explanation to her abilities, but it'd be good to have some limitations set in place so that she doesn't randomly discover her potentials and goes on a homicidal rampage.
Ideas?
For everyone comes the time when they have to take over responsibility. It stands to argue whether there is also a time when they can get rid of it again.

I doubt a homicidal rampage would be a likely situation for Jin, she'd probably be more likely to kill herself than others.
As for her telekenis, i see your point there, only placed it upon that route as it seemed the more logical cause of her being able to cause such ailments.
Perhaps it may be better me dropping the telekenetic element? and have it remain fully psychic, being the addition to that front and to explain how she had killed her manager was by making his body forcefully enduce a heart attack, stroke etc by spiking his blood pressure, heart rate etc.
Then at least she would have a less damaging impact upon who ever is on the recieving end, being that crushed blood vessels would be perminant, but a spike in blood pressure or nausia would be enough to shock the victim's body into a state where they are incapacitated and suffer minimal long term damage, unless the recipient has a pre desposed medical condition.
But as for her progression, it'll be slow. She has already seen her full potential, having killed her manager with her abilities whilst he tried to force himself upon her.
She is overly scared of her abilities, and would be hesitant to either use them, or explore any avenue beyond her causing a slight stinging pain. The limiting boundaries are effectively her own state of mind, and her morals, seeing that she would rather ease harm than bring it about.
