The Initiative, posing undercover and setting up a whole scenario into action which is meant to lure would be heros into their midst, start a small riot in the streets. With some dressed as police and others as anti-mutant activists the scene is boiling over as innocents are caught in the frey.
Armaan happens onto the scene (and others are welcomed) but discovers part way into the fight that he gradually loses the ability to use his powers, leaving him vulnerable and helpless just as the others caught in the fight. The Initiative are attempting to lure the X-men or any other team that would help themobtain information that may be beneficial to their coming plans of taking over the school, any information they can take from their captives could do them a world of good. Whomever they aren't interested in are simply handed to the proper authorities... or passed on to their business associates.
The hero of this group will the Xavier schools very own appointed Guardian Angel, who'll stand in and help defuse the situation as best he can.
The idea is to help intergrate the Guardian Angels into the picture as well as show that there are dangers out there that leave even the strongest of mutants powerless. There is no real set storyline here, just that there is a commotion and that William will come to help, with or without back up.

Armaan's not doing anything that day anyway.
Armaan will basically be going to New York City to buy himself a few clothes, and perhaps pick up a book or two in Manhattan. This is only a loose plan, because if anyone else is willing to join, we can change up the reasons (provided the character knows Armaan of course). He's not the fighting sort, so getting caught up in an angry mob of anti-mutant groups will definately be an interesting time...
