Prop Union, Monthly regular Prop Party January 22nd at 12pm

Hey guys,
I have spawned several prop building clubs and used to have a very large builders meet in LA.
Basically it's a monthly prop party where you can bring stuff to share and showoff or you can actually bring something to build.
We give paint, casting, molding demos and we usually have two or three regulars versed in the above information to help out.
Each month I will target a specific technique and share it with the group. You can join in or simply do your own thing.
We have drinks and usually hit the local Pizza joint or we could order in, there is a ton of fast food within a mile of the house.
I found that a lot of people that live in apartments or condos just don't have anywhere to build or get anything dirty. So we are opening our new studio to my prop building buddies.

I already have a couple of guys that build whenever they want and I don't have to monitor them at all, they just do their own thing and in 4000 sq ft, we rarely get in each others way. But what I wanted to do is get a regularly scheduled meet up and set a permanent date. That way you always know when the "Prop Union" will take place.
