Appearance: Nut has a feminine style to its design, which is evident by the lack of the buldging cockpit most Frames have, the chest area, which is VERY feminine, if you catch my drift, ad its curvier design. Orange in color, it's one of the smaller Orbital frames, and just under the height of your average Raptor. Most apparent of its design is that it lacks the normal sword that most Frames have, making this a long-range fighter.
Armament:
Programs-
SHOT
-The standard program to fire the Metatron cannon on Nut's left arm. This fires a single shot.
GEYSER
- Fires a cross hashed laser, that paralyzes enemies. Destroys smaller enemies.
SNIPER
-This is a large sniper rifle developed for taking out long-range enemies. Unlike the average SNIPER weapon, Nut's fires a blast of energy at a high velocity, and is able to punch holes in the hulls of battleships.
Armor:
SSA (Self-Supporting Armor) -
Found on the outer shell of Orbital Frames. Derived from metatron technology, the metatron alloy coating on the exterior simultaneously gives it reliability, strength, and hardness exceeding that of ceramic components. Also able to self-repair using its own energy and metatron alloy.
Metatron Shield- An energy barrier created using metatron energy. This is an all directional sphere that protects the frame from most forms of attack.
History: Nut was designed after the war by four BAHRAM defectors, and awarded to Kris, who'd lost her original Mobile Suit when the Solar Cannon struck the area she was at. Designed with her long-range style at mind, it was given a modified version of the average AI system that most Orbital Frames recieved. Codenamed AYA, this AI was designed to help Kris with her weakest of combat traits. After being given the Frame, Kris was notified that she would not be recieving any money for her actions...
And she really didn't mind at all. As such, Nut has been with her since.
Special Attacks:
BURST attacks- This temp. enhances the power of the machine, and normally comes in four variations-
Close range dash
Long range dash
Close range stationary
Long range stationary
Nut's BURST attacks
Close range dash- Nut quickly slames its left arm into the enemy's gut, before firing five shots into it.
Long range dash- Homing lasers
Close Range stationary- Nut spins around, firing locked-on shots at the enemy mecha around it.
Long range stationary- the ultimate of BURST attacks, Nut channels power into a large ball of energy, before launching it at the enemy. It has limited homing ability, and if it hits, explodes, causing massive damage.
Special Features:
Anti-Proton Reactor -
Technology which uses metatron to considerably reduce fuel consumption. The Orbital Frame owes its small size, light weight, and power to this concept.
Anti-stealth sonar -
Mechanism which counteracts stealth, weakening it or negating it entirely.
Metatron Computer -
An enormous improvment the previously popular von Neumann digital computer, this quantum computer, which incorporates metatron-based integrated circuits, is both compact and exceedingly quick. Memory and programs are managed on a single, yet constantly changing set of circuits, so that both of these operations take place simultaneously and constantly. In terms of quantum physics, it operates in a different dimension.
Vector Trap -
A system which uses a small space to absorb matter, materials or an object to allow other vehicles to carry things they otherwise might not be able to.
360 Degrees Motion Sensor Cockpit-
Instead of the average cockpit located between the OF's legs, this cockpit is located in the head. The pilot stands upright, and not only selects programs using a 3D interface, but controls the OF via holographic controls and their own body movement. To top it off, it allows 360 degrees of vision on the battlefield.
Thrust Nozzels-
Normally found on Valkryies, Nut has been outfitted with thrust nozzels that allow it to turn sharply, making it one of the more manuverable Orbital Frames. An interesting combination of Martian and Earth technology, wouldn't you say?
