History: Funded by Ayrin’s expensive college funds and then constantly modified thanks to payments from jobs and the odd pirate mission, it has reached a stage where it is virtually no longer modifiable. The only limitation could be said to be Ayrin herself, who still has much to learn as a pilot.
It started off as a basic MS that Ayrin had purchased, originally a military issue ‘Aries’ flight model, which had been modified for more long-range work. However, Ayrin had it stripped down of all nonessential parts to teach herself how to pilot it and then began buying essentially what could be referred to as ‘aftermarket’ parts to fully customize the MS into her own.
Soon after the fitting of the body that she’d finalized upon, she searched out for the ultimate long-range weapon, finding a hidden treasure, the buster rifle. It was expensive, it was bulky and it used energy like a Sega Game Gear. But, she still bought it along with the sophisticated targeting system, and her value as a merc increased.

However, after the botched job, her MS was pretty much junked, losing its right arm, most of its vernier booster jets burned out, the head half blown away and the targeting system fried. It basically managed to limp its way back to a safe haven. There, Ayrin handed it over to an old junker to be scrapped for parts and get some money. However, she was pleasantly surprised when she came back for the cash and got some replacement parts, along with a few upgrades. The new leg was an exact replica and the head was completely remodeled. The plates that had come away before were covered with some rare gundanium plating, and the junker gave Ayrin a few places in mind to go get this reborn MS upgraded.
Thus it became Angelus, as the next few upgrades saw replacement motivators and joints, the entire body recoated in pure white gundanium alloy. The targeting system was modified to become easier and quicker to use, with ghost circuits placed in the head, the arm servos and the gun to make a better system. Gatling guns were placed on the shoulders for ‘crowd control’ and the head received a new helm with a brand new optical control system to give unparalleled view to the pilot. The final upgrade that really gave Angelus its nickname was the replacement of the original boosters with the ‘Angelwing’ Booster system, a completely unique and one-of-a-kind system to Angelus. These angel wings are split into roughly four sections, but there are times the wings seem almost biomechanical , moving in more natural ways as opposed to mechanical bending, although this could merely be an illusion given off by the already eye catching wings.
There is one more system that was installed, that Ayrin doesn’t fully understand, nor trust, which is the ‘Z.E.R.O.’ system, said to improve the synchronization between man and machine and increase reaction times exponentially. However, Ayrin wants to believe that she can carry on by herself, and not rely on something to make her better.

Special Attacks: Buster Rifle Blast – The Angelus locks its two buster rifles together to create on huge twin beam rifle, the power of which is thought to blow even the most heavily fortified colonies away.
Special Features: The ‘Angelwing’ Booster System – these angelwings each contain many small vernier boosters which provide Angelus with superior maneuverability as well as giving it good stability when firing its buster rifle at full force. It also acts as a heat shield against re-entry into a planet’s atmosphere.
The Z.E.R.O. System – a long forgotten programme that was said to improve any pilot to that of a super soldier in the cockpit, synching the pilot with the robot to such an extent, a single thought will make the robot move instead of having to handle the controls. Yet, a pilot with a strong psyche is required, many pilots who have used the system have often gone insane in the heat of battle, unable to tell between friend and for during battle.
