Rec Room
To put it lightly, she was bored. To put it realisticly, she was about to go bat sh*t if she didn't have something to do soon! When she had joined up with the Brotherhood, she had thought that they were all big and bad and such; doing things like running around killing people and robbing excetera... But in the time she had been here, there had been nothing. Sure, on the first day there had almost been a fight between the big bulky men Sabertooth and Hernandez but that ended up being a flop anund died down to nothing.

Giving an aggrivated sigh, she threw the rubber ball against the wall again and caught it as it bounced back to where she was sitting with her feet up on the small glass top table and in one of the new chairs that were in the lounge area. Of course she had been the one to redecorate, having taken her time to make sure she didn't keel over while she brought out the different furnishings and such. She mainly did the work while everyone else was alseep, her being asleep at random times and never seeming to be grabbing any shut eye when everyone else was seeming to.

Faye didn't just work while they were asleep just because she happened to be up. Well, at least it wasn't the only reason anyway. Another thing that had something to do with it was the fact that it seemed like no one had figured out how her powers worked exactly. Not that they cared. Drugs, sex, money, and alchohol seemed to be what thy were mostly interested in. What about the people-stompping? What about the terrorizing? The only recent thing to be terrorized in this week was the fridge.

This was most certainly different from the brotherhood her dad used to talk about. It ws a pretty sad Brotherhood if anyone asked her. The building had even looked in rough shape when she first got here. Well, at least that was fixed. There was no way in hell that she was going to stay living in a place that was in shambles. The holes in the walls and roof were repaired, building cleaned up, new furniture and everything.

Even if someone were to ask her how she got the old furniture into the random places in the basement where they had been shashed even worse than they already had been, she wouldn't tell them. She didn't have to explain to them that she had drawn a bunch of huge holes on the floor under the items and just made them fall through before getting some saran wrap and drawing in the floor again with that.

"Ugh... here I was thinking that this place wasn't gonna be lame!" She muttered in disgust, throwing the ball again and catching it upon it's return. "If I don't cause some kind of damage or kill anyone soon I'm gonna go nuts." She grumbled irritably.

____________________________________________________

Honestly, neither Edward or Rebecca were to impressed with the house when they first showed up. But it wasn't because they were used to the most extravegant, because often when they were aiding their father they wound up in rat holes, but because there were no dedicated sentries to raise an alarm.

Rebecca flipped her blonde hair out of her face, a sour look on her face at the ease her and her twin would have getting in. "Jesus, why not just leave the door entirely open?" Rebecca grumbled under her breath. Edward looked at her with a slight smile, thinking about how his sister's impatience would likely get them killed one day. But it won't be today. Edward thought to himself. To his sister, Ed said "We knew that the Brotherhood had fallen on hard times. And anyway, having someone like Sabretooth or Mystique standing guard would be a invitation for the Avengers, Fantastic Four, FBI and everyone else to kick down the door." Instead of his sister's rather maniac energy, Ed was much more laid back. Instead of blonde hair, Ed's was black as midnight but had the same purple eyes as his sister. They were also the same height of 5 foot 5 inches.

The twins reached one of those unspoken agreements that some siblings have, and as one Rebecca changed her hands into the light organic steel that was her power, but limited the effect to her fingernails. Ed knew from experience that this more subtle use of Rebecca's power was her favored, allowing her to pass as normal, but change her nails into claws for close quarters fighting or to extend them into foot long slashers.

Ed closed his eyes for a second to commune with his playthings, the body of a dead weightlifter and the corpse of a pit bull. His power called to them, and both slid out the back of the rented van both had used to get here from the airport. Both bodies were dead, but were realitively fresh. Ed's animating power kept the ravages of desease from decomposing them, and both could pass as the living to the unobservant.

All of them entered the house carefully, taking time to clear each room. Both were shocked at how clean the house was considering what their father had relayed to them after speaking with Hernandez. The amount of care was unusual for superpowered beings, but their father had been a Navy Seal assigned to counter-terrorism, and had schooled both of his children in some of his arts. If nothing else, neither of them were going to die from carelessness.

As they approached the Rec Room, both heard a voice coming from within. "Ugh... here I was thinking that this place wasn't gonna be lame!" "If I don't cause some kind of damage or kill anyone soon I'm gonna go nuts."

Both siblings looked at each other, and an unspoken agreement to enter the room passed between them. Rebecca took the point position ahead of the moving bodies, leaving her brother protected. After all, what use was it to have a brother who could command the dead if he was killed in the first volley. Rebecca instantly realised that this was no set up or trap, and that the words she heard were sincerly spoken.
That appealed to Rebecca, since fightling was always one of her favorite past times. Her melodious voice sang out the words "Halleh-F*(in- lulah. Who would have thought that I'd like the very first thing I heard here?"

Re: Rec Room
Faye hadn't been facing the door exactly as she sat in the chair throwing the ball and voicing her complaints so when she heard footsteps, she assumed that it was those of people she already knew and didn't spring up right away. But, when the unfamiliar voice came, Faye immeadiately got up out of the seat, her hand quickly moving to hover over her pocket.

She took a moment to take in the situation, to measure it in her mind then relaxed, a slight smirk touching her lips. "So how many of you are joining and when are you ready to go?" Faye asked, guessing since they didn't freak out about her comments and actually displayed pleasure in hearing them... that they had come up to join th Brotherhood. "If you're all for the fun-grabbing come on, let's go before the boredom catches up to you too." She stated, already feeling her mood improve.

"We can skip the talk about powers and just get to using them when we go out. I haven't had anything to do in over a week and I was starting to think that I was gonna start getting cobwebs.... But I guess names is a must..." There same a small sigh but it was not because she was uninterested. It was because she was ready to get going and starting to get impatient.

"The name's Faye.... Some call me FH and some call me Stonewell. You might have heard of me. If not then it's no big deal." She stated with a grin. Just in case she was wrong about them, she prepared to whip out a drawing all quick-like.

Re: Rec Room
Both siblings noticed that they startled the young woman, and were proud of their stealth. If nothing else, there dad wouldn't be chewing them out for carelessness tonight. Both also noticed Faye's hand hovering near her pocket, and Rebecca instantly worried about weapons. Edward figured that if Faye wanted them dead, she would have hit them with some sort of ability already.

But this slight worry about a problem evaporated with knowledge of Faye's intentions. Edward stepped forward with a broad smile across his face, saying in a polite tone "My name is Edward, but most people call me Ed. Back there is my twin sister Rebecca. The big guy and the dog are just a couple of play things I picked up on the way here." A small smirk slid across Ed's face at the thought of his dead automations. They were basically robots of flesh and blood, and could unnerve most people in a fight.

Re: Rec Room
"Playthings?" Faye raised a brow and after giving Edward a look up and down, looked over at the buff guy and the dog. Thee was something off about them... mostly in the eyes. There was a glaze that normal people just didn't usually have... The coloring of the foce of the guy too.... Then she realized what that familiar-ish look was.

"Your.... 'playthings'.... They're not too lively, are they." She commented. Faye had seen dead people before, hell she had caused that particular condition plenty of times. It wasn't anything new to her. Still, the corpses waltzing around was and it disturbed her a little.
