Gleeson
He pinched a nerve in his knee during XC, he'll be back in time for the more important meets.

even without gleeson west islip looked strong, they ran 8:46ish and their first leg gave it to them in 4th

WI, BS, NP
i think the teams to watch are northport and bay shore and west islip
northport with a solid andrew miller, and quinn, and then sanchez, that sounds dangerous, but idk who their 4th guy would be, caudros?? all graduating
bay shore with thompson, then gonzalez running 2:46 in the 1000 today, then arujo running 2:48 last weekend, then cavagnaro?? idk about that 800 speed but he's a really good runner, and they're all returning
west islip with randazzo, badalato, and ellison, that might be enough to seal it, but i think they strongly lack a 4th guy, which might put the other teams in contention, randazzo and ellison graduating
hardcore showdown would be everyone getting the baton at the same time and badalato, thompson, and quinn racing for it, that'll set the place off

so many 4th guys
WI has alot of ppl for the fourth spot, so far if it were based on 800 times it would be
Gleeson-2.07
Alzmann-2.10
Homer-2.10??
Doxey-2.12??
They are all around the same area, hopefully for WI Gleeson isnt as hurt as the other teams would like him to be

4x8
Yea can't forget about s-town. Also Kings PArk came out of nowhere and ran a 8:46 at B. they easily won their race. I don't know who they have but that is a real solid time for this point in the season.
