Rewind: a new beginnings special
so, like, I took a break from inboxes, but I'm working hard to get the next installment done. I even worked on it while in Wilmington for Fall Break. Come on, THAT is dedication. In the meantime, as a (hopefully) special treat, I'm releasing this special quasi-episode. It sort of takes place within the first eight episodes so it technically isn't part of the fall season or spring semester, but Jill's in it so it's definitely part of New Beginnings. Anyway, what exactly it is and why exactly it is called Rewind (it's got a subtitle that will only be revealed when you read the thing...but, it's not what it sounds like) you'll have to find out. Enjoy...

as someone said before i don't remember who it was u guys should really write professionally...how about giving these scripts to the WB and they might start a new season of WB (i doubt it)

hello hello!!
i absolutely loved rewind, nothing like a bit of jake and hamilton 12 years old action!!! i thought it was great, fantastic, wonderful and creative. i especially liked how it linked into the original episodes, but has a new beginnings slant (what with jill in it and all).
so i just thought i'd let you know that i thought it was great and i absolutely can't wait for Junior Year!!!! not to mention the inboxes as well!!
anyway, it was great .... as per usual!!!

Well, seen as no one else has made any more comments on Rewind yet, i thought i'd just say some more stuff about it!!! i liked how it had jake doing the whole disguise herself as a boy even at that age, i liked that ... kinda made you understand why she would even think of doing it when she was older.
but yeah basically i loved the whole thing.
keep it rolling on !!!

I just read Rewind and it was so good! (of course). I thought it was interesting that Sean and Jill were in the episode, too.
I kept smiling while I was reading it, thinking of cute little Hamilton and Jacqueline as "perceptive" and "weird" 12-year olds.
Ahhhh... I want to be 12 again. Maybe not. 15? 16? Well, if my 15 was like Jake and Hamilton's 15, then maybe.
.....loved the Barely Pink nail polish and 3EB shirt - nice touch!

OMG!!! This is the episode of ALL episodes...it's the best! I LOVED it! I LOVED it! I LOVED it! I can't say it enough how much I LOVED it! It's just SOOO sweet!!! I get all giddy thinking about it...and I've reread it about 4 times already...I just finished and I may read it again, after I'm done posting...it's SO sweet! Did I say that already? I'm sure I did, cuz I can read it...anyways, I do think that the info we learned in this special should make it's way into the regular eps...like maybe Jill could find out that Hammie is "poison ivy boy" from Camp Oceola...the one who gave Jake her first official kiss...the one who made her believe in fate...blah blah blah...it would be SO sweet!
Okay, I'm off to read it again (someone please give me a sedative RIGHT NOW)

This rewinds episode was very nice and I have to say the interaction between a 12 year old Jake and a 12 year old hamilton was quite sweet. Now I like how after having lunch with her Mum, Jake realises that she'd met Hamilton three years before. But what i'd like to know is if in a future junior year episode will Jill remember that Hamilton and Sean were at the camp also:).
