Sad news
We knew it was just a matter of time but you know, you never think if it as actually going to happen until it does. As you know, my sister in law Gloria has MS. Well this last year, her system has been slowly shutting down with one thing going wrong or another. She had a heart attack last week and is the hospital right now, hopefully coming home in the next day or so. Well they told my sister the news that they don't think Gloria has more then 6 months left, a year at the very most if she is lucky. Her heart is now in congestive heart failure and is slowly shutting down. Basicly they said that all they can do for her now is make her comfortable with morphine. When she gets home, hospice will come in daily to help with her needs. ** Sigh **. Tomorrow Ellis & I are driving down for a few days. My sister needs all the emotional support she can get right now.

Keep her in your prayers for me. Thanks...

Re: Sad news
Sorry to hear that, Cathean.

I don't know if I ever told you, but Mrs. B suffers from MS.....she is in remission right now, and I have to inject her with beta inteferon three times per week.

How is Gloria at the moment?
