Tactics on Keeps to Win vs. Hibs
As of late Hibs have been blasting ground troops with area affect spells through the keep doors. To combat this our casters NEED to learn how to target NOT just the enemy or the enemy guards, but also use ground targeted spells and move the elevation to the level the enemy casters are standing (i.e. the lord keep room, the battlement, inside the courtyard, etc.)

I have tossed together a breif set of images with explanations (that show up on the blown up images) of just how and where to target, and the benifits of doing so.

To learn how to target goto daoc.djswifty.com/ and read how to target using a catapult. The same can be applied to targeting with ground targeted spells. Check you spells to see which qualify as such. Then master this targeting. The Hibs have it down to a science, and their kicking butt!

heh i could solo a keep lord with bard, warden, druid group healing from below, and bt, end chants on, dont even need 2 shades really if you dont have any resistance and alot of time.

Lots of discussion if it is cheating on the boards, but Ret has been doing that alot on Mordred and with alot of contact with CSRs.
