Personality: Talmrau is an aggressive and ruthless soldier. Though he has no love for the Utnapish royalty, he is fully dedicated to his service in the military and unwaveringly heeds the words of the Prophetess. His subordinates fear him because of his iron-fisted leadership and he is not above a summary execution or two to keep order. He has no mercy for his enemies and he pursues the quarry the Prophetess wants his to catch with a dogged determination. In short, he is not one anybody would want to be on a battlefield with.
History: Although born of Utnapish royal blood, Talmrau has never lived in the prestigious life of the royalty, much to his disdain. He was born from the illegitimate union of a noble and one who was not only commoner but not even of true Utnapish descent. Combine the low birthing of his mother with the fact that he received none of the special genetic alterations the royals received sealed his fate as one of the common citizenry.
This would all change when he was paid a special visit from the Prophetess herself. She foretold that he would finally be recognized as a member of the royalty if he served exceptionally in the military. As it turns out, Talmrau possessed a great amount of spiritual energy and he was given the Arskannon to pilot.
Talmrau quickly began to thrive on combat and his tenacity in battle led to him gaining command of the Utnapish Revelational Force, a small unit formed specifically to seek out places and people that the Prophetess envisions will help lead them to Nisir. His overly aggressive tactics has given him a reputation for being reckless. Though this isn’t a quality one normally wants in a leader, Talmrau’s leadership seems to suit the nature of the tasks handed down to the unit.
