The Hidden Chambers
*The stone walls where dark and cold, the dim lights casting long shadows across the floor and walls. Although a poor living style, the old small bed and a wobbly table in the center of the room, Jarod knew no other way of living.
Busily typing away at his newest theory on how to escape a terrorist bombing in a crowded area, long used to the constant rocking of the table his laptop sat upon.
Jarod spent his entire life here, rarely had he ever been asked take part in group projects in the main building, normally he was given tasks to do and would do them with in the Research Center located in the building or down here in his room.
Today however was one of those rare days, he's been assigned to help with experimental projects, ones that where at one point allowed to be practiced but run out of funding or stopped for other unknown reasons.
Jarod enjoyed the chance to help out whenever he could, the thought his ideas where helping people around the world made him eager to start right away.
With a knock at the door Jarod stopped typing and looked up, slowly checking his suit was clean and not wrinkled, they would yell at him if it was wrinkled, he stands and pats himself down. The sound of buttons being pressed, a beep heard, the alarm system disabled, and the steel door slides open...*
*Blake put a piece of paper away in his pocket while he slowly opened the steel door. This paper had the code for the alarm system on it, which was given to him by Morlun. Once opened the door he stepped in the room, quickly closing the door behnd himself.
He walked over to Jarod, in his normal pace. Long, slow strides. He stops in front of him and tilts his head checking him.*
Blake: "Nice to see you aren't as wrinkled today..."
*He smirked, then reached into another of his pockets pulling out a twinkie.*
Blake: "You know you don't really deserve this, but here."
*He says throwing him the twinkie. He pulls over a chair near Jarod and takes a seat.*
Blake: "Anyway, you have been requested to help out. Are you ready?"
*He gets up quickly, making it look as if there was no point in him sitting down, and walks over to the door. He gestures for Jarod to follow*
Re: The Hidden Chambers
*Jarod looked at the Twinkie, this is the second time he's ever had one of these before, the grin on his face was like that of a child being given a box of candies and a room full of toys.
He placed it neatly on his bed, deciding he wanted to keeep it for a later time when he could savor the taste.
He brushed down his suit and headed out the door, grinning over at Mr.Tucker as he waits for him to lead the way*
Jarod:"What's my assignment?"
*He asks eagerly as he looks about, it had been so long since he left that small room, he hasn't left the Underground Chambers for over a month*
Jarod:"Am I with a team or is it a solo assignment?"
Re: The Hidden Chambers
*Blake looks back to the door thinking, before looking back to Jarod*
Blake: "Well, we are planning on re-creating the Weapon X Project. As for team or solo, that's up to Mr Turner. Now, come quickly, Mr. Turner is waiting for us, and you don't want to make him angry now do you?"
*He says with a slight smirk. He once again opens the door and gives enough time for Jarod to exit. He didn't give to much of the imformation away, not yet. He wanted to make sure Jarod would keep a clear mind on his way there and not have him drift off. He leads him through the corridors and towards the Lab*

Re: The Hidden Chambers
*Blake and Jarod appear back in Jarods chamber.*
Blake: "Now for your punishment!"
*He holds out his hand near Jarods laptop, creating an energy ball, smashing his laptop into pieces. Blake knew this was harsh for him, but he had to learn that helping the experinements was wrong. He was teaching him. like teaching a dog that diggen in the garden was wrong.
He turned away from the pile of sparking ash to Jarod. This time he holds out both of his hands, he sends two energy balls, a little weaker than the one before, straight to Jarod.*
Blake: "Now, have you learn your lesson? Or shall I keep on going?"
Re: The Hidden Chambers
*With a yell Jarod fell to his knees, but the pain wasn't half as bad the pain of seeing his laptop destroyed, he'd rather be beaten for days then to have had that happen.
Jarod stood, his eyes full of rebellious thoughts, yet obidiently remained still. His gaze soon left Tucker and where glued to the damaged remains of his laptop*
Re: The Hidden Chambers
*Jarod fell hard to the ground, a trickle of blood ran from the corner of his lip, a small cut from where his flesh was cut by scraping against it teeth*
Jarod:"..I'd do it again."
*He repeats to himself in the empty cell, dragging himself over ot his bed he sits down, his eyes look down upon the twinkie bar that Blake had given him earlier.
He reached out, picking it up, slowly pulling it from his platic wrapper, his eyes studying it careful, then he looks up at the door, standing to his feet. His arm suddenly throws the treat at the door, it's soft sugery form splattering against the metalic door.
The door began to twist and slightly dent, Jarods mind willing it to be crushed, no one ever patrolled down here, so it went unnoticed, but he stopped, the security system would inform Cole and Blake that he was escaping.
He knew the mutants where in a cell somewhere nearby, if only he could discover how to talk with them, his Telepathy, he could try his telepathy.
He closed his eyes, he opened his mind to over a thousand minds, none where from inside the building above, he couldn't hear inside the Lawfirm, it was guarded by mystic shields.
That's when he heard voices, concerned, worried, sad, angery, he shifted threw the voices, soon he could navigate where he wanted his mind to go, he hadn't done this much, never wanted to talk to anyone before.
His mind wondered about the nearby chambers, the voice, her quiet tears of pain and sorrow..it was her, the girl...*
Re: The Hidden Chambers
*There's a banging at Jarods twisted door as he spoke to Madison in her cell, then the door swings open, landing with a thud on the ground, yet no one could be seen to have caused the sudden collapse.
Jarod stood, giving a smile since he knew exactly who it was standing there*
Daniel:"Quickly!"
*He yells in a panic, Jarod rushed forward, the feel of someone grabbing his arm, and soon, his arm began to turn invisible, then soon enough his entire body was gone.
Daniel lead the psychic prodigy away, leading him back to where Daniel had knocked out one of the guards, all of which had access to small teleportation devices on their arms. Picking up the device, Daniel taps it, and both invisible men are teleported unseen to te upper floors, Jarod explaining everything on the way*
