The White Runner
"Yes, the coupe went perfectly. We've sent mercenaries to disrupt the rebellions that would form up as well... yes, sir. I agree completely. Alright. Alright." The man, dressed to kill, hung up his phone, looking at the person standing before him... someone dressed in complete white. "... We'll need you for a bit longer."
"I have no problem doing so, as long as you keep your end of the bargain."
"Alright... You'll have to start meeting the fellow pilots, as well."
"I have no problem with that as well."
"Good." The man hit a button on his intercom, looking the Runner in the eyes as he spoke to his secretary. "Send in Pilot Rose, would you?"
Sylia got up from her spot. Her paints swayed with her dangerous curves. Her tight shirt hug her body. A small chain hang from her belt that held a small ring on it. When she entered her cold eyes locked with her summoner she stared him down with her all but emotionless look as she stood as if trying to show respect but still not caring much.
Sylia's head turned to the person beside her and then shifted back. Her dark hair sweeping down in front of her face a bit. A couple strands dangling in front of her right eye. As she stood her mouth never opened she just waited to be spoken to so she could go back to doing whatever was more important than this.

"Blaze," the runner said, as their helmet was locked into place. "That's the only name you need to know."
"... He's not very friendly, unfortunately. As both you and he are some of our top pilots... I'm assaigning you as his wingman."
"Look, Chairman, I don't need some woman slowing me down," Blaze said, turning to look at Rose... or perhaps glare at her.
"Well, you have our best Orbital Frame, and she has quite possibly our best Gundam. You're both going to have to work together. That's that." Blaze growled, tapping their helmet out of habbit, as they looked at their new partner and their boss.
"@#%$ you, Chairman." Turning on a hell, Blaze brushed past Sylia, mumbling a string of quiet curses, as the chairman sighed, rubing his temples.
"... Sylia, forgive Blaze. He's really not as bad as he acts." He?

Syla laughed at his little display. Best Orbital Frame eh. It was interesting to her to see this so called best Orbital Frame. Could this man even compare to her as a pilot. His cocky attitude and downright disrespect for Sylia actually made him more interesting. She felt the same way he did only in a different sence. She didnt want to be bogged down by being the wingman of someone she could out pilot.
"His loss if he doesnt want me as his wingman. Ill cooperate because of orders but dont expect me to stick my neck out for someone like that. He probably cant even keep up with me anyways." She said bluntly not changing her half smile that littered her face with confidence. Strange how two people that thought their skill were so good would be paired up with one another.

"Well, as such, I've decided that I'd like to see both units in action.. against each other. He knows this as well... in ten minutes you both will spar. All of the special forces are watching you, so do me a favor- humble him, would you Sylia?" The chairman smiled at the young woman, apparently enjoying the fact that he put them both together. "... Just, be careful. His unit has something called 'Zero Shift'."

"Fine." Once he mention combat her demenor shifted in a matter of seconds. Her body became frigid and her muscles tensed. As she turned she walked down the hall. She would go the bay where they kept her gundam and get prepared. Zero Shift Interesting. She didnt know what to expect from the person she would be flying with. But she was already starting to get that detached feeling.
That feeling she got when she thought she may have the chance to end someone life. It was great. As she reached the bay it seemed that preperations to launch the Gundam were already being made. Whenever she looked at the Silent Angel it gave her sence of pride and connection. She stared at it and in her mind it was staring right back at her. Giving her that look of longing. Sometimes she felt her Gundam had a soul. That every time she didnt pilot it, it longed for her.
Sometimes she came out and stared at it when she was piloting it. People knew she was losing her mind. But they didnt care because she did her job. People came out as she was suiting up to take blood samples and the such. They also began running test on her. Which was procedure she alwasy went through. Her body was like a tool now. And nothin was worse than a broken tool in the tool box.

Outside, at the training grounds, stood a bizzare Orbital Frame. Draped in a cloth, its wings, made of pure metatron, fluttered around it.
"... I'll show her what a real Runner can do..." Blaze said, cracking his neck. "Now, where the hell is she... AYA, can you get me a file on our enemy and her Gundam?"
"Roger." Blaze sat back into his cockpit, tapping his fingers on the control panel infront of him. "... You seem frustrated. Is it because of the opponent?"

Sylia was strapped into her Gundam. As they were launching it onto the training grounds the small needles inserted themselves in her arms and the part that connected to her nerves connected to her body. The pain gave her face a bigger sadistic smile. She enjoyed the feeling knowing she was now one with her Gundam. The Gundam's eyes lit up and project 090 was active. She wasnt Sylia Rose anymore. Now she was a pilot.
She smiled at the sight of the Orbital Frame. The voices started to run through her head. "All Systems Go." "Nerve Synch at 100%" She smiled to herself and her eye started scanning him. Information on the height and probably weight of the OF. Then she scanned the area and the gundam actived it seemed almost alive as it moved reaching for its handle to the beam whip.

"Pilot Sylia Rose is ready! Runner Blaze?"
"I'm ready."
"Alright! This duel is about to... BEGIN!" The shot was fired, and the fight was on. The OF suddenly disappeared from view... as it was behind its target. The blade on its arm rose, and it swung behind it, attempting to hit the Gundam.

Sylia's eye was already logging the data of the movement. Her sensors didnt pick up the movement but it was like a blip in her mind. The target disapeared then reapered on her scree. What a move. It was hard to recover for a normal Mobil Suit but her gundam was meant for speed. At the last second her gudnam hit the thrusters and its minovsky drive activated.
She jumped in the sky at an alarming speed and turned to face her oppnent. She didnt think she got hit but the damange report scanned throug her mind. "Damage to right lower leg back side." It was a scrape but it could have been alot worse. She didnt know if she could move fast enough to rival a pilot who could blink through space that fast. That must have been the thing she was told about.
The shift was amazing she didnt know how to combat it at first. She need to see its capabilities more before she could make a judgement. Hopefully she could figure it out before she was tore to ribbons.
Sylia was shocked. "Hes to fast." She gritted her teeth and with a quick motion the beam whip went on. Instead of dodging she began to sping around in the air. The beam whip flying around her. Hopefully she would land a hit. But with that kind of speed she didnt know exactly what would happen. She may even take damage. It would be a matter of seconds before she knew though.

Another Zero Shift blast, as it was now far away from the Angelic Gundam... as slowly something formed around its hand. A large cannon.
"SOLAR CANNON activate, charging up now," AYA said, as the barrel began glowing, energy charging up.
"Checkmate."
"Runner Blaze, do NOT use the SOLAR CANNON! Do you understan-"
"Shove it. I'm not holding back. Also..." the frame rose the cannon up, firing... and missing the Gundam by a small bit, as it tore through... a mothership that had appeared in the sky. "We got company." The frame spun around, charging at the suddenly appearing enemies.
"Pilot Rose, we'll finish this later. First, we need to deal with these assholes." The raid alarms began blaring on the base, as the special forces that had been watching scrambled from their seats to get to the hanger.
The alien forces had finally arrived to Mars. And by now they probably regretted it.

Sylia's gundam turned as she looked up at the oncoming force. "What the hell is this?!" Sylia didnt know what was going on but she didnt like it. And man she didnt have any chance to even attack him. That zero shift. It was a force to be reconed with. She knew damn well when she was beat. Even though that was usually when she couldnt keep her eyes open any more or her mobil suit was crashed.
But this time she realized that this Orbital Frame was meant to be an incredible weapon. She shook her head and flew up to the oncoming force. What awaited her was unknown. But any chance she had to fight was a chance to kill and that was worth it to her.

Charging up another blast, this time the cannon was fired in an arc, hitting the ships that had arrived behind the mothership.
"Heh, these are the new threat that's been hitting everyone? I thought these guys were, you know, stronger." Enemy mecha began swarming down upon the two as the OFs from the hangar began to rise. Unlike the MSs the aliens had met before, the OFs they were up against were fast, strong and deadly. While they normally kept the defenders busy while they kidnapped people... their transport mechas were destroyed early on. It was a pure brawl now- Many against Few.

The Black Phoenix came in fast and low. Jetting through the small canyon like paths, it came up almost in an instand and stood ontop of a large spire of rock staring into the sky.
Radar began to go off in all directions, and magnifying her cam she spotted one of the trasport ships letting MS's out of the hangar. Pulling the wave rifle off of its back, the Phoenix aimed at the fuel tanks of the ship and fired, a white light shot out into space letting the position of the Phoenix out and it now placing the rifle fimly onto its back.
"This is the Black Phoenix, reporting for frontline defense. Balck OF, please respond, where does my position lie?" Alice asked over the radio after watching the transport ship explode. She drew two beam swords and watched the enemy MS's rain down from the heavens.
<Outnumbered and outgunned...the way I like it!> Alice thought.

Sylia had taken out a few of the minor ships already. Their forces were indeed outgunned. But not overpowered. The fact that they had the OF's her Gundam. And backup forces to boot. It was like the alien forces were running into a giant mech wall. Sylia watches as another one of there drop ships was destroyed. Syilia laughed. The longer battle went on the more her mind slipped.
The nerve controls and the connection she had with her Gundam made it worse as she fought. She would be on the brink of pure insanity by the time she was through with the battle. A few mobile suits fired at her from above and Sylia's gundam shook. She moved her veiw to them and snarled and with a sadistic witch laugh her Gundam gripped tight on the beam whip.
Then she fired up the Minovsky Drive and flew through the group of four suits. One getting basically devistated by the Minovsky Drive, then the Angel's whip slung around like a torrent of strikes and as she cleared the group all of the suits went up in smoke. Then she brought up her cockpit com to contact the BAHRAM main base. Her voice a strange sound like she was in immense pain as she spoke.
"Who is attacking us!? I like to know who Im annihalating." That was far from the truth as really she didnt care. A life ended was a life ended. Human or other.

"Your position lies in wherever the @#%$ you want. I'm no @#%$ unit leader!" Blaze yelled, his Frame spinning past one of the enemy mechas and slamming its blade into the bridge of the remaining cruiser ship in the area. It slowly fell towards the ground, his frame standing on top of it, arms crossed... before kicking off and cutting through three more units. "And it's not the 'Black Frame'. You can call this 'Ra'."
"We're not picking up a correct IFF reading! We don't know who the hell these people are!" In the distance rose a new ship... a BAHRAM battleship. Swarming form it were unmaned OFs, mostly Raptors. It was now a 3:4 ratio for BAHRAM.
Things were looking up.
Ra slammed into another enemy ship, disappearing inside the hole in the hull. A few seconds passed before it suddenly appeared away from the ship, which was starting to explode in a firey ball.
"... Heh. Almost too easy. Hey, Rose, still alive in that piece of junk?"

Alice listened to "Ra" give it's "orders".
"Copy that Ra. I will dispatch the MS forces entering area 2!" Alice shouted into the com as the engines fired up and she flew into a swarm of MS's. The phoenix drew two sabers, and flew up right into the middle of ten MS's armed and ready.
After dropping four suits, the gunning assaults of the enemy began to get close. She quickly spun around wings now full extended and sabers ignited. Using this wave of swords she cut down the remaining enemy and was consumed by the fiery inferno of smoke and debris. After only a second another beam of light shot from the smoke destroying another ship orbiting the area.

Sylia had dispatched groups of them now. Her body was on overdrive and her systems were going wild. She was getting to a point where even if the Mech she were fighting were defeated she would still make sure she used to beam whip to dismantle it completely peice by peice. The numbers were thinning down and she was having a hell of a time as she let out sadistic laugh out after sadistic laugh out for ever Mech she destroyed. When she heard Blaze talking to her over the intercom system she laughed.
"Watch your tounge pilot. Without your shift you could handle a pilot like me." She said with a psychotic tone. Then she threw her beam whip out to destroy another Mech laughing. "Like flies to the slaughter." She said watching metal debree fly from the sky. Then she turned to one who was attacking a fellow pilot of hers. She got a smile on her face that looked as if she was gritting her teeth. Her canines giving off an almost evil look as sat in Gundam.
Her gundam took off like a shot and caught he mech off gaurd. She put the beam whip away and the Gundams dominate arm came down on he machines head. Then she ripped it off and caught the machine with the Gundams other hand. With that psycotic look on her face she grabbed at the cockpit of the gundam and ripped the chest plate off. Then the Gundam reached in and pulled the pilot out.
With her eye scanning it she gave a strange voice out. After she had it scanned she could deal with what it was later. "What are you?" She said just before gritting her teeth and crushing the being beneath the mighty fist that was her Gundam. The angel that was now almost an extension of Sylia herself.

The enemy forces began pulling out, now outnumbered as well as outgunned. The black frame, Ra, levitated above its forces, as Blaze sighed, strumming his fingers on his control panel.
"I expected a bigger fight. Just goes to show, nothing can stop BAHRAM... or rather, nothing can stop this frame," he said, chuckling a bit. "... Alright, all units, return to base. We're probably going to have some reports to fill out."
